Avoid this place at all costs. Though the rooms, lobby, and location is decent, the service is horrible. Prior to booking, we called a few times to confirm this place as connecting rooms. Each time we spoke to front desk, they assured us that they had us down for one king bed room which connects to a two queen beds room. Even at check in my husband asked the front desk personnel if they had us in commecting rooms since my children would be in one and we’d be in the other. The front desk said yes and handed our room keys. When we got to the 4th floor, the rooms were NOT connecting. It was late (after 10 PM) and we all were so exhausted. We had go back to the lobby and explain we needed connecting rooms. After a lot of back and forth, they were able to give us two queen beds rooms that were connecting (even though one was to be a king bed room). The next morning, we went to their onsite breakfast area and ordered breakfast. When we asked for silverware, THEY WERE ALL DIRTY! Each and every one of the utensils in their caddy and on the tables were DIRTY! Unknowingly, the entire restaurant patrons, including my children, were using DIRTY utensils. Cherina, the host, was just as astonished as me! She couldn’t believe the night staff never cleaned fhe utensils! We all were using dirty utensils. I was so disgusted. This is a public health violation. Cherina was very kind and super apologetic but this is completely unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager but was informed that the manager, Melissa, only works during the weekend. This was a horrible place to stay and I wish I never booked a stay here. Avoid this place and stay elsewhere.

Great location, wonderfully friendly staff.
Broken shower curtain rod and poor water pressure weren't ideal, but room was generally comfortable. At the price, this would be 4-5 stars.
The real downside was the bug problem. Large cockroach noted above a room door on the 3rd floor, and the pool area - including in the pool itself - was infested with earwigs. At least a dozen dead in the bottom of the pool and another 8-10 alive on the surface of the water. Numerous others scattered around the floor. Kids were excited to swim but this was incredibly off-putting. Significant efforts in pest control are needed here.
