I reserved a different hotel for my mother and my 92-year-old grandmother on this particular day, but when they arrived, they found there was no room available on the first floor, and the elevator was out of service. Unable to get an Uber due to the short distance, I called this Hampton, and Chris answered right away. I asked if the hotel shuttle could pick them up, but instead of simply offering transportation, Chris went above and beyond. He personally assisted my family himself, securing a wheelchair for my grandmother from the other location and helping my mother with their luggage as they checked in. Additionally, Chris arranged an Uber for their early 3:00 AM departure the next morning. This level of service is exactly what the Hilton brand is known for, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Chris, for making a stressful situation so much easier. You truly made a difference!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times years before with great experience. This time, not so much. Welcoming hostess was welcoming, however I had to ask for water. Status was not recognized, which is what prompted me to ask for water. Hallways for rooms smelled like a combination or urine and a stall bar. Room carpeting was “musty” and too gross to walk on with bare feet. The use and age has grown on this hotel quickly. Travelers/airport hotel for sure. A quick one night stay may convince if your taking an early flight out.

I was walking from LaQuinta where I'm a platinum member over to WoodSpring Suites this evening to visit family, they were getting in late and I was bringing them dinner. I walked across the parking lot of Hampton Inn as it was the quickest way from point A to point B. I stayed in the lit area of the parking lot and went nowhere near the guests vehicles. I stopped realizing I may have left my key card and wallet back in my room or vehicle. Took a moment to check my bag, in the time it took to pull the bag from my shoulder and reach into it a womans begins yelling at me to get out of the parking lot. She refused to stop being condescending long enough for me to reply, she cut me off every time I attempted to speak. The woman was so mad that I was walking through"HER" parking lot it's a wonder she didn't have a stroke, would have been a shame that the only first responder in the area had just been talked down to and thrown out for simply walking past a business that revolves around and prides themselves on guest service. Before becoming a father I was a federal firefighter stationed directly across the road from this Hampton Inn. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels through the years traveling for work and I've never been spoken to more rudely then this woman spoke to me tonight. I may not be staying at The Hampton tonight but if I had planned on it I wouldn't have had time to get out of my vehicle much less make it to the front desk to get a room without being verbally assaulted by the security ninja. This same Hampton Inn called La Quinta a few days ago around noon letting the staff know someone had just been spotted looking through cars, seeing as I'm a regular guest and I was out unpacking my car at the time I was asked if I may have seen anyone. A friend and I drove through the area looking for the person described. I have no criminal history of any kind and have owned a business for years...being spoken to (yelled at) as if im trash because I chose to walk somewhere other than drive is pretty poor behavior. There was no reason at all to sprint out to lecture me. I'm not a child, go scold someone else. The stop and stare tactic every ten feet while walking away was more amusing than intimidating. I'm sure there's something you could be doing other than running off good people that have looked out for your place of employment on more than one occasion. A few days ago I noticed a guest must have dropped their nice prescription glasses in the parking lot. Gentleman working was very polite, friendly, and professional when I turned them into the front desk. He can fill you in with more info. I'm sure there will be no responsibility taken here, go ahead and respond with a bunch of legal jargon as if it excuses you for being bad at your job. 🚷🎦‼️🚩

Clean hotel with friendly staff, airport shuttle, safe location, beds are firm, pillows are ok. Breakfest is average waffels, cereal, eggs, and bacon. Fruit, etc... walking distance to several restaurants, fast good and dine in, convenience stores, and a popular coffee shop. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
