Got us checked into our hotel rooms and gave us everything we needed. I asked a lot of questions, but he was very patient and professional!I love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing! And we ate dinner at Denny’s right next-door. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Cable tv doesn’t have a basic menu so impossible to know what’s on or when There’s a horrible smell throughout the room and in the corridors plus in the lift it’s like a bleach smell very annoying. The room is missing basic items that show on the website are are available in other Hampton hotels - telling the staff the coffee pot was cold fell on deaf ears ears, the bedside table had a gooey substance over it. Asked to speak to the manager who apparently was not in till 9am the following day asked if they could ask her to contact me in my room when she get in by 11am still no sign of her, asked the front desk who said they don’t know where she was. All in all a horrific stay . I contacted coperate as I am a Hilton honours member who advised I speak to the manager but that difficult when you have a manager who doesn’t care. I have stayed in many Hampton Hotel which are in my opinion brilliant - I wished I had slept in my vehicle.
