    The girl at the check in desk, is preoccupied and can't handle and multi task two things at the same time, ugh. Didn't recognize me as a Diamond. Had to ask for two waters.

    I WISH I COULD DO 0 stars, I stayed here on 09/27/25 and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I woke up covered in MORE THAN 50 BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY STOMACH AND LEGS. The bites were so bad I had to get MEDICAL CARE immediately AND THROW AWAY ALL MY BELONGINGS in fear of bringing these disgusting bugs home. When I told the receptionist, she said, “We’ll send the maintenance guy to spray something”, and told me I couldn’t speak to anyone else because NO MANAGER WAS ON SITE. Seriously?? A hotel that allows this to happen and doesn’t even have competent management on duty?? When I finally spoke to Albert Cha , he was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS LYING about being bitten all over my body. He refused a refund at first, demanding a doctor’s note and pictures of my bites. WHO DOES THAT??? I was literally traumatized, and he had the audacity to question me?? He claimed they filed a report about the situation but it was done 5 DAYS LATER. FIVE DAYS. That means the room could’ve been cleaned, sprayed, or who knows what else before the report was even made. Absolutely unprofessional and careless. Let me make this clear: I am PHYSICALLY SCARRED, EMOTIONALLY TRAUMATIZED, and NOW TERRIFIED TO STAY IN HOTELS ANYWHERE. I eventually got a refund, but this experience is DANGEROUS, DISGUSTING, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. -TO ANYONE THINKING OF STAYING HERE: DO NOT. -TO THE HOTEL: FIX YOUR HYGIENE, FIX YOUR MANAGEMENT, AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
