BW "Hill House" was built in 1975 and the architecture reflects that in its wide hallways, large rooms and estate layout.
Location has a resort feel. Multi building layout and fashionable pool.
Rooms are nicely appointed and modern. The grounds are manicured with seasonal fruit trees. Gated perimeter fences and security cameras provide ample security.
$10 breakfast not included.
Wish I took more time to see more of the grounds,... maybe on return visit.

Receptionist exelente!!!❤️
The perfume they use inside the hotel complex is very strong and unpleasant. A softer, more floral scent would be much nicer.
The iron in my room didn’t work properly, but thankfully I had brought my own.
I think for $130 a night, having bottled water in the room would be a great option.
The internet on the TV didn’t work only the cable channels were available.
However, since I was only staying one night, it wasn’t really a problem, and I had brought some extra amenities just in case.
The beds were very clean, but they didn’t work for me because they’re too soft I need a firm mattress for my back. I mention this for anyone who also needs a firm bed; this place might not be the best choice unless they have rooms with different mattress options.
My room didn’t have curtains, only blinds, and they didn’t close properly, so we woke up very early because the daylight came through the window.
That was my experience I think I would stay here again, but I would ask more questions before receiving my room.

The front desk went beyond normal effort to make me feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. The buildings are very nostalgic and a creek runs through the property where you can stare at the lights along the creek in a nice park. The Amtrak and a nice Large public library are close by. Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome at all times!
