  This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable, nice decor, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, keurig , big tv, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast. It is located in a nice, area with lots of excellent restaurants and some cute shops. It is pet friendly and has some rooms with vinyl floors, but not the most convenient for walking them. You have to walk through the lobby in and out. There is a nice path, but due to the in town location there is no grassy area.

  The hotel rooms were clean, I like that they they didnt have carpet. The bed was comfortable and check in was quick and easy. The location is great! There are several shops and cafes nearby. I also didn't have any issues with parking. They also have snacks available at the front desk for a decent price.

  We stayed at the Agrarian Hotel on 10/8/25 and, overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room we had (two double beds) was a little larger than most standard hotel rooms and included a small balcony (2nd floor). We used one of the level 2 EV chargers to charge our Rivian R1T overnight (more about that below). The room was clean and did not smell like anything (a pet peeve of mine if a room as an odor) though it was starting to just barely show signs of wear. To my disappointment the bathroom had a tub/shower combo when I'd asked for a walk in shower though it was fine as we only stayed one night. A shower mat was provided in the bathroom which was much appreciated as tub showers are dangerous. As mentioned in other reviews the shower head was great with more than enough water pressure and the temperature did not fluctuate at all... this would've been the perfect shower had it been a walk-in. The shower/tub did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The bed seemed a little stiff to me but I like softer beds so I'm sure it would be fine for most people. The thermostat was a little strange as I set it to 72 and the A/C seemed to run forever so I set it to 73 and it was perfect. We did have breakfast in the hotel lobby in the morning and it was standard hotel breakfast fare. The employee manning the breakfast station was nice and polite and, while the good could have been better quality, I can't really complain about anything. There are four level 2 Tesla destination chargers available for hotel guests. This is the first time I've used one of these chargers where payment is required and I was able to figure out how with a few minutes of searching online. A Tesla account with a payment method attached is required. When ready to start charging I opened the Tesla app, went to the main menu and selected Charge Your Other EV. It saw I was next to a Destination charger and told me to plug the charger into my vehicle which I did. The app then had me scan a QR code on the charger and after about 30 seconds it started providing power to the Rivian. If I recall correctly it was around $0.50/Kwh - cheaper than the $0.61/Kwh that the local RAN station was charging. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It has a great quite location (the street its on is 25mph speed limit) and its very easy to get on/off the 101.
