They didnt offer to move me to another room. They didnt do anything. I couldn't believe they didnt try to make the situation better. They would let the manager know. Two days later after I return home from my trip they let me know they fixed the problem. I was so angry 😠 😡
- DDDOct 19, 20255.0This hotel was beautifully remodeled. The rooms were fresh and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The ADA room was huge and very convenient for our elderly and partially disabled family.
- IXInexty XxxsOct 1, 20253.0hampton es sinónimo de calidad pero este en concreto no me dejó un buen sabor de boca...casi todo era bueno pero una de las principales cosas para mi que es la tranquilidad falló en este hotel, se oia hablar a los vecinos, las pisadas de las habitaciones de arriba, la cisterna del water y la ducha de las habitaciones contiguas, la gente por el pasillo, ruido de las maletas, hasta los coches que pasaban y esto que no habia casi tráfico...si no te molesta el ruido es ideal para ti ya que las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y cómodas, el hotel esta bastante limpio, piscina y jacuzzi, gimnasio y un desayuno estupendo, es un gran hotel pero construido con paredes de papel...
- MCMichele CoatesSep 12, 20252.0It is hard to love this hotel when the AC in the lobby and breakfast area doesn't seem to work, so it's incredibly uncomfortable. But the most incredibly disappointing experience is the service. Our room had no extra roll of toilet paper, so we ran out during the middle of the night. When I called the front desk I was blown away to be told I'd need to wait awhile for someone to bring me one. It's just another example of the frustration of paying so much money for a hotel room with incredibly disappointing service. I guess in the future I'll need to check the room for extra toilet paper. We have been in this room for three nights btw and not one time has our room been serviced. Hampton inn continues to disappoint.
