  The restroom fan was too noisy, the AC had an unpleasant smell, the body wash was empty, and the front office lacked empathy regarding my concerns and requests. This is the fourth and final time we will use this hotel. The last time, we experienced issues with the internet, causing me to miss my meetings, and it wasn't fixed until the second day. I requested a refund, but they didn't accommodate us. We decided to give the hotel another chance because my youngest daughter liked it, but unfortunately, we have now talked with her, and this will be our last stay.

  I love this place and have stayed at least a dozen times on my way south or north in CA. It has a TON of character with the western Spanish and Cowboy feel. and was clearly really well constructed and themed with real western paintings, saddles, architecture and beautifully maintained grounds. Rooms are huge and well outfitted esp compared to all the corporate box hotels built in the last decade. Solid wood bathroom doors! Staff is lovely and the only downside is the kind of standard best western breakfast in a room too small for weekend traffic. Bonus is the Sat Cars and Coffee in the Ross parking lot on Sat morning 8-9am that you can walk to. Far enough that there is no noise intrusion.

  We arrived around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday in December and were immediately welcomed by a beautifully decorated Christmas lobby. Check‑in was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool area looked lovely, though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it because of the rainy weather. The breakfast area was smaller than expected for such a large hotel, but the food was good, and we still enjoyed our morning meal. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

  Very Great Experience! Cleanliness is my top priority and it definitely met my standards! Had noisy teenage neighbors next door but that’s not the hotel’s fault. They got quiet at around 11:30 pm even though quiet hours were 10pm. Nice stay and Will stay next time I’m in town (we visit every few months)

  I am shocked and disgusted by my experience at this hotel. I woke up with multiple bed bug bites on my arm and body. I later had the bites evaluated, and I am attaching photos as proof. What made this even worse was the Rita the manager’s complete lack of concern. When I reported the issue, I was met with no apology, no help, and absolutely no compensation. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal, even though bed bugs are a serious health and cleanliness issue that can follow guests home and cause expensive problems. I now have to worry about my belongings, my home, and the medical issues caused by these bites, all because this hotel couldn’t bother to provide a clean room or proper customer service. This is completely unacceptable. Until the hotel addresses this infestation and trains their staff to handle situations responsibly, I strongly recommend staying far away. I’d also like to mention that the manager Rita would rather argue with me than apologize for this. She claims to have looked at the room as if bed bugs are easy to find or come out during the daytime. Ridiculous experience & very disappointing. I’ve stayed at tons of best westerns and this is by far my worst experience at any hotel I’ve ever been to. You would think the guest experience is what’s important rather than being so resistant and argumentative Update: The property replied to my review & by reading it that alone proves how they’re not willing to take accountability nor appreciate their guests. It’s just solid proof of deflection. I see why they have plenty of low reviews. A doctor confirmed these are bed bug bites & I do plan on reporting this to the BBB
