    I had a great stay at this Best Western, thanks largely to the amazing staff. Cassandra was incredibly helpful during check-in and even assisted me in extending my stay by an extra day. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and she was friendly and professional the whole time. I also want to recognize Kim, who quickly helped me get a new room when I had an issue. She was extremely kind, accommodating, and made sure we were taken care of. Customer service like this truly makes a difference, thank you both!

    This is a great hotel especially for a Best Western. It is well stocked and cared for. The management and the workers are all friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend and stay again when we travel. Breakfast is great. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because the bathroom needs ventilation and it wasn't put in. It can smell musty and steamy for a long time after a shower.

    Great place to stay, pretty good breakfast, (hint, the stuff in the crockpot by the microwave is not oatmeal, it’s sausage gravy for the biscuits, the oatmeal is by the fridge) very friendly staff. Only problem was there were 2 roaches in the otherwise very clean and tidy room.

    The staff is helpful and considerate. Great secure parking for my Fire Truck. The room was clean and contemporary. However the TV had to be reset every single day then would quit working a few minutes latter - every single day. Not a staff issue apparently cheap owner issue. The whole place is plagued with dysfunctional cable boxes. Six days in my room, linens, trash hasn't been cleaned once. I'm working on the TCU Fires so bone tired coming in and amenities and clean towels not my priority. The place has boutique bones, but profits are holding it back. Staff are present and try. Martin Harris over n out.
