  It was within walking distance(15mins) to Disney Springs. Driving to Disneyland was 5mins away. We did Ubers since walking to Disneyland would have been 30-45mins walking. Service was fantastic & they had a fountain drink that they served for breakfast. No complaints here.

  I want to start right out by saying that my rating should actually be more like a 4.5 rather than a 4, but Google doesn't allow that. A group of 4 of us stayed here last week while visiting Disneyland. I've stayed at multiple off-property hotels at Disney, and so far this is probably the best. The front desk staff is incredible - they are kind and very helpful. Any hotel that is walking distance to a Disney theme park that serves a complimentary breakfast is worth its weight in gold - the breakfast spread was fairly basic, but tasted good (and was free). If you are heading to Disney, the parks are all walkable from the hotel and you can expect to walk just shy of a mile from the front door of the hotel to the Downtown Disney security gate - easy in the morning, but can feel a lot longer in the evening. There is also a slight uphill section of the walk that can feel a lot steeper when you are tired. I would have liked to only dock the hotel half a star, but the only thing preventing me from giving the hotel a perfect rating was housekeeping. The rooms are clean - that isn't an issue - but we were told at check in that housekeeping would check in on the rooms each day and do a very basic touchup service. We stayed here for 4 nights and housekeeping did not check in once. This wasn't really a huge issue for our group, but we would have liked to have fresh towels in the room after a long day in the park. The front desk was AWESOME about sending up as many clean towels as we needed, so that wasn't an issue at all, but after walking several miles each day, waiting for clean towels at the end of the day felt a little inconvenient. This is the only issue we had, and honestly it wasn't a huge one. Next time we are in Anaheim, we'll definitely be back.

  Only 2 parking spots for temp check-in and cars blocking the front that's not welcoming. Originally had 5 nights but after going into our room decided to shorten. Our room as we entered smelled from the previous stay as housekeeping left a full garbage under the kitchen sink, shower had hair and had some left over clothes. Pool felt like a cold plunge and one main elevator that was slow and busy. Breakfast was delayed sometime not ready at 630. Upsides, free laundry in the basement floor with 6 washers/dryers and Convenient location to disney to drive or share rides.

  The main redeeming factor of this hotel was that it was a 1 mile walk from Disneyland, and that the rooms were decently sized and clean. Other than that: the service was poor, with service people refusing to clean rooms—but even more importantly—the breakfast was limited, and worst of all: the elevators were very slow, due to them being broken. And they decided to fix them at 7:00 AM by running fire alarm and elevator drills, causing radars every two to ten minutes (while many people were sleeping) for over an hour.

  4/4/26 Stay: Upon entering the lobby, it smelled like cannabis and urine. Our room was on the 3rd floor and entire hallway reeked of pet urine. Our room had dirty streaks all over the stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher). The bathroom smelled like someone put French fries in the air ducts. The lampshades near the bed had black streaks and there was black hair on the pillows. We checked in at 10pm and checked out at 10:30pm due to how dirty the room and entire hotel presented themselves. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but it wasn’t worth it and we ended up going to the DoubleTree that’s down the street. When we were waiting for our Uber to leave, several guests came downstairs to the lobby to complain about room issues and the phone was ringing off the hook (broken bed, shower not working, etc.).
