  Broke down with people on it. We were first in line after a long wait. They forced us to leave the line while the maintenance crew came, leaving many people stranded on the ride. I asked them what could be done to recover our wait time. They just said no rides are guaranteed. Very rude staff and very disrespectful of our time and money. Not even so much as a ride voucher or something to make up for the horrid experience! Disney loves to take your money and do nothing for you when things go south. Very ugly business practices.
