  This is a pretty good option for a Disneyland trip! The room was clean and spacious. Good water pressure in the shower, although it didn't drain very well. The beds weren't the most comfortable and neither were the pillows, but when you're exhausted after a day at Disney you don't really notice. I stayed in the smaller tower. There's a sliding automatic door that lets you into the building which SHOULD be locked 24/7 and opened with your room key, but even late at night it was always unlocked and opened automatically. I'd be a bit nervous if my room was on the first floor, because anyone could access your floor. You do need a key to get up the elevator. The location is great for getting to the Disney parks. You can also just walk over to the Toy Story parking lot and hop on the shuttles from there! Nice because you clear security before arriving to the main gates to the park. I would stay here again. The price can't be beat and it checks the boxes you need for a basic hotel!

  A gem of a hotel! This is definitely an economy hotel at heart, but they have done such a great job with styling and staffing that it feels like staying somewhere special. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The pool/bar area is cute and fun. The cheerful disney/beach theming is super fun and done very well. My family loved the welcome cookies and cocktails! We walked to Disney one day and took the bus from the Toy Story parking lot the next. Both easy and great options. When walking, there is a Starbucks on the way for the morning. We have stayed at the official Disney properties and love them too... but for a quick trip or a MUCH cheaper yet fun option, Lulu all the way!!!

  Location location location (and nice rooms too!) Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lulu. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Luxurious? No. But what I needed was a good clean quiet place to hang my hat and frankly it was an excellent value for the money. I came on business but would bring my family back without question.

  We had a great two night stay here for our Disneyland trip! Hotel staff were helpful and room service was easy and very fast. We loved the heated pool and the room itself was modern and comfortable for a few night stay. Also, just a 10 min walk to the Disneyland entrance which was amazing for our mid-day break from the parks. Overall, would definitely book Hotel Lulu for our next Disney trip!

  WARNING - We stayed for three nights while visiting Disneyland from New Zealand. Following a requested room clean, we discovered the next morning that our bags had been unzipped, and not by us. Upon checking, $1,000 USD was missing from a sealed envelope inside my husband’s bag. This was our son’s spending money, pocket money he saved over two years! The hotel’s response was concerning. Management indicated they did not believe their staff member who had “been there a long time” was responsible, however it was evident our personal belongings had been accessed. The cleaner also appeared aware of items within the room, including my diamond ring, which raises further concern regarding privacy and security! The hotel refunded the cost of our stay, which was less than half of the amount taken. This response appears inconsistent with their position that no wrongdoing occurred. While we acknowledge the refund, the handling of this matter fell well below expectations in terms of accountability, investigation, and guest security. We would strongly advise others to exercise caution and if you choose to stay here, lock all your belongings away!
