  Horrible experience- rooms are not clean, staff does not follow through (added crib to reservation and confirmed it before arrival, took until 8pm to arrive, requested new towels and room cleaned at 7am— never happened). Raised concerns to IHG and management to no avail.

  First time staying at this Holiday inn location! My fiancé and I were greeted with a warm welcome by Eva at the front desk. She was fantastic and provided wonderful complimentary amenities for my birthday Disney celebration. 10/10 hospitality. We had a great stay overall. We also recommend the Onyx Restaurant inside the hotel. The server Julissa was very accommodating and the burgers were amazing! Thank you again!

  The hotel is at a great location, only 15 to 20 minute walk. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to William at the front desk. Also, the housekeeping will go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. The rooms need to be updated, but the suites are sizable and very comfortable. Heads-up that parking comes out to approximately $30/day. Also, breakfast is approximately $23 and is basic breakfast food. They have a heated pool, a splash pad, small basic gym equipment. Their on site restaurant opens up at 6pm. This hotel is in a good location close to highways, restaurants and Disney. A good budget friendly hotel.

  This is the worst HI we’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty, very expensive. The beds and pillows were great and the staff was nice but that’s it. They charged us as if we were staying at a luxury hotel but we felt like we were in a “no-tell motel”. Absolutely not worth $2300 for 4 nights. I’d pick ANYWHERE else but here.

  Avoid this place at all costs. Waited in a line an hour to get checked in. Front desk kept telling everyone it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. They don’t care about checking you in a 4pm but they sure want you out at check out time. Walked out the room, left the key card in the room immediately asked the housekeeper if we could get back in. She says sorry we need to verify Id go all the way to the front desk. Lady we just walked out! Building four is falling apart, masking tape holding up everything. Stay away from this place!!!
