  Great place, rooms clean short walk to Disneyland and DCA. Access to 3 hot tubs and 3 pools. Goofys kitchen is the best for breakfast. Love this place.

  $5,000 for 5 nights No sleep as my room backs up to ninth st. Good God is nightly drag strip and music club. The staff is put out is you ask for your amenities or help. It's so sad that this is my childhood happy place and tonight I'm trying to book a new hotel for remaining days because it terrible here. I have reached out over THREE DAYS OF TODAY Dec 3rd. Wow just wow the little girl who called me yesterday claiming to be front desk manager. Really as I have been up all night with loud neighbors music blaring ,horrible uncomfortable beds ,such hot rooms must run air which sounds like shot gun Everytime the intake starts and stops. My daughter and I have had a move HOT shower . You must shower at odd time for hot. It's a nightmare as I'm on a scooter and can't even manipulate the elevator as it close beforni can get in. It's soul crushing that a Disney Resort treats their guests like this. I waited 48 hrs for a call form said manager to have no result.

  We have stayed off property the last few visits. I have to say now since staying at the The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, I only want to stay at the Villas going forward. This truly is a magical hotel and has just the right amount of Disney! It really showcases Disneyland's past and present. Our Check-in experience was great! Stephen from Utah was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations from his personal favorites found all around the hotel and across the Disneyland resort! The room was clean, bright, and well-maintained. The theming of the rooms were simple and the subtle details of Disney really shined. We had a princess and the frog themed room for our stay. It was nice to have a mini-refrigerator and Keurig in the room as well. The lobby of the DVC tower was beautiful and had subtle retro theme lounge with tables to play board games, watch tv or plug-in and get some work done. There is a massive mural of an assortment of Disney Animated Characters and we were informed there are several hidden mickeys, so happy hunting! There are two pools at the Disneyland hotel and one of them is beside the DVC Tower which is the Palette Pool. We didn't use the pool that much because it was a little chilly when we went. I could keep going, but it truly was a magical stay! hope to stay there again soon!
