To be honest, I picked this hotel because it was the least expensive choice. However, it is a perfect location for us. The view from our window showed the surrounding neighborhood which harkens back to when DL was first built. The luggage porter who brought our bags to our room pointed out that what looked like mountains from our window was actually Catalina Island. How cool is that? I want to also particularly thank Lisa (from Tarzana) at the Front Desk, who was so helpful when we arrived, making us feel special. With our mini-vacation beginning so well, including dinner at the Broken Spell, we truly had magical birthdays.
