My wife and I stayed at SunCoast Park in Anaheim, and unfortunately our experience didn’t match what was advertised.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The options that were advertised were not what was actually available during our stay, and the overall selection was limited. Service also moved very slowly in the mornings, which made it frustrating when trying to get to the parks.
Housekeeping was another issue. We left the hotel by around 8:00 a.m. every day to go to the parks and returned around 1–2 p.m. On two out of our three days, our room had still not been cleaned when we got back. After a long morning at the parks, it was disappointing to return to an unserviced room.
The location is workable for Disneyland, but between the misleading breakfast information and the slow housekeeping, the stay didn’t meet expectations. With improvements in these areas, this hotel could be much better.

Disappointing, 10min walk to the happiest place on earth, but the table lamp in room 221 works intermittently. Sometimes works sometimes doesn't.
But on second day 26 Dec, we came back after a long day, the room wasnt made up even though we did not put up PRIVACY sign. Called front desk at 11pm plus, the receptionist said we must inform that we require cleaning daily. Within a few seconds after i mentioned "isnt it understood that hotel rooms are cleaned daily unless guest requests not to" , within seconds upon checking, he mumbled that we did ask for daily cleaning. Which does not make sense, first day room cleaned, second day room not cleaned. Sigh.
Checkout the next day 27 dec, no service recovery, no apology, no smile, the lady receptionist looked like she was having a bad day.
Will not recommend to others.

On Friday, December 26th, when we came back to our hotel after a full day out, we were shocked to see our hotel had not been packed. We had not left the do not disturb card on the door. We had even thrown all our towels on the floor, and had no way to shower. When we called front desk to inform them about their mess up, the staff had the audacity to say that we had not requested room service. NEVER in my life have I heard of a hotel that requires you to request for room service. I can't believe that this is Hilton standard! Staff was not trained to handle this situation, he should have at least apologized and try to render assistance instead of putting the blame on us. Anyway it is not possible that we had to request for room service as the previous they had cleaned our room without us requesting. I am soo dissatisfied with Hilton. I suggest that you do not even consider this hotel, as there are much better ones runner by Marriott nearby.
Side note : 1 lamp and 1 plug in our room isn't working, water has a very strong scent of chlorine. WiFi is very slow, I got around 4mbps

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at.
Location is ideal: 10-15 min walk to disney or just a few min uber ride but away from the hustle and bustle.
We booked a standard two queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms are. Everything is newer and CLEAN.
Front desk friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very reasonably priced and decent for hotel food and super convenient.
On site parking was reasonably priced and easy.
Only downside was the outdoor pool was not heated during our stay (they said they would turn it on but would take hours so that didnt help us). Hot tub was nice.

Points positifs:
Tout t’abord le rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel à proximité de Disneyland. À environ 1 km de marche de l’hôtel et en moins de 15 minutes, nous étions rendus, ce qui se faisait très bien quotidiennement. De plus, l’accès est direct et facile, impossible de se tromper de chemin. Aussi le check in s’est très bien fait, nous sommes arrivés à 2h00 pm et la chambre était prête, donc pas d’attente (le check in se fait habituellement à partir de 3h00 pm). Les lieux et la chambre étaient parfaitement propres et le ménage était fait à chaque jour. La chambre était extrêmement grande, il ne manquait pas de place. De plus, le style et la décoration de l’hôtel est moderne, sur la thématique de la plage et du surf. Les déjeuners, inclus pour notre part, étaient bons et variés. De plus, nous avions un distributeur d’eau mural pour remplir nos bouteilles avant d’aller dans les parcs. Pour terminer, présence d’une piscine chauffée propre et d’un spa à l’extérieur.
Points négatifs :
Notre réfrigérateur de la chambre (chambre 403) congelait nos bouteilles d’eau. Cela n’a pas été un problème puisque nous y mettions que de l’eau, cependant à voir avec le front desk si vous voulez y mettre autre chose. La baignoire de la chambre de bain montre des signes d’usures, soit accumulation de calcaire sur la robinetterie et manque d’email dans la cuve. Une petite rénovation serait à envisager. Finalement il faut attendre longtemps avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour la douche, au moins 2 minutes d’écoulement avant que celle-ci devienne à une température agréable pour se laver.
Au final, cela demeure un excellent choix d’hôtel pour un accès direct et relativement rapide aux parc Disney tout en offrant un bon rapport qualité/prix.
