Breakfast was really nice by the fireplace and to come in at night cold and order a pizza and have a nightcap was perfect! We will definitely stay here again. I also want to mention it was only a six dollar Uber ride to the park!

The front desk staff was noticeably unfriendly throughout my visit. Guests, including myself, consistently greeted them with “good morning” or “good afternoon,” yet they rarely responded. On November 20, I checked out at 9:20 a.m. and informed the front desk staff directly. They did not acknowledge me, and my checkout receipt inaccurately states that I checked out at noon. This is unacceptable and misleading. The staff is in serious need of customer service training. After years of being a loyal guest, I no longer feel inclined to stay at this hotel.

Bed was on the harder side. Great for couples imo. Nice decor. Fast elevators. Good shower pressure and was clean. A/C ran cold . Has a microwave and a mini fridge, no freezer tho. Hotel is a decent option to stay vs the motels around the area.

Do not pay extra for the fireworks view as it's not worth it and you get this room that is big but just has a huge empty section with no furniture and it's definitely big enough for a couch or chairs and a table. So you literally just stand and look out the window at a partial fireworks view and it's just not fun when you can't hear the music. The description is misleading, as they do not have transportation from the airport or to and from the parks. There are city busses but the front desk staff is unable to tell you which busses, cost, times etc. The complimentary soap and hair products are not good, so bring your own. The rooms are clean and the hotel was very quiet.
