Almost aggressive. Definitely don't want to stay there or be any part of that so I'll be staying somewhere else for my 3 to 4 days. Sorry to hear that this place has gone downhill so fast

When we went to the FD to let them know, they told us that we never had the sign on the door even though I showed them a picture that we did. In addition, housekeeping staff took our sign from the door and we had to ask for a new one. It seems they do not respect guests privacy whatsoever. I work in hospitality and the staff needs to be retrained on customer service. In addition, they only have 1 elevator which doesn't make sense, they are literally in a tourist area. It takes like almost 15 minutes just to get up to your room and back down because of how many people are using it. I will not be staying here again. Per IHG standards, please book elsewhere maybe a Kimpton
