It's right down the street from Disneyland. The pool stays open late it has a jacuzzi and heated pool towels are always there with a shower to rinse off lounge chair it's quite peaceful. They serve breakfast and yeah it does get kind of packed in the morning but that's because everybody's going to Disneyland but they also have someone behind the counter who's serving a hot meal like eggs and sausage potatoes to go along with whatever amenities they provide for breakfast the rooms are clean they also provide shampoo and body wash along with hand soap if you forgot yours if you need more towels just ask Jack in the Box's right across the street in Carl's Juniors right down the street it has a TV in the room along with the hair dryer and a coffee pot they have vending machines that serve very cold drinks for about $3 which surprised me because they had Starbucks in it. The staff is friendly you do have to pay to park daily I think it's about 15 bucks a day. They have a little area where you can sit under a palm tree that lit up with lights. The day before we left I packed and left all my luggage and stuff in the car and it was still there in the morning so that was a plus. It's not a huge Hotel it's perfect size. There's a bus that comes every 30 minutes that will pick you up and take you to Disneyland for $6 per person. All in all I would say I had a really good experience there I went with my two children. I didn't feel uncomfortable letting my kids walk around the hotel. If I ever go back to Disneyland I will rent a hotel here now if you're expecting something really really nice then I wouldn't go here this is just your typical hotel but if you're just expecting a nice place to stay that say and clean and that feeds you in the morning go here if you don't want your room cleaned or anybody going in there make sure you put a do not disturb sign on it because they will go in there and make your bed if you don't.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The rooms were not clean, and it was clear that basic housekeeping standards were not being met. Communication with staff was poor — it was difficult to get clear answers or any real help with our concerns.
We were especially frustrated that the hotel refused to turn on the car charger, even though it was one of the reasons we chose this property. On top of that, housekeeping didn’t bother to make the kids’ beds, which made the room feel neglected and unwelcoming.
For the price, we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and accommodating experience.

The locations and the room were perfectly acceptable. However, the manager at the front desk treated us with utter, and complete disrespect. We had paid for the entire room in full months prior and there was no communication that we were supposed to have a $100 deposit and pay $15 a day for parking. We informed the manager that we would have the $100 deposit the following day around 7pm once we were paid, they allowed us to check-in. At 11 o'clock, we begin receiving multiple phone calls and threats from the manager that we would not be allowed to continue our stay. Mind you, we had paid for the entire stay months prior. The review would be a one star, however, rebecca at the front dwsk was the only one who showed us any sort of kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Rebecca is a phenomenal employee and you should be lucky to have her. After a lot of stress and threats from the manager, we were able to get it taken care of. Even then, they kept disconnecting our room keys each night. Causing more hassle in us having to go to the office every day of our stay. I would highly not recommend this place. You're better off at a motel 6.
