This review is on club level and the food you get for the $300 ish more we paid per night. We just got back from staying at Pixar club level. I wanted to give a review on club level. We wished the had more options, for 3 days straight lunch was almond peanut butter and jelly sandwhichs, with chips and fruits and veggies. Last day was egg salad and ham and cheese finger sandwiches. No protein at all and did not fill our teenage kids up. In the morning the breakfast was the same and everything hot which was two options had cheese on it, was hard to eat anything if you had a a food allergy and it was the same everyday. Dinner was the same two nights in a row, Italian with only two hot pasta options and one night they had taco night which was really food. Other than that I rather save the money and get food in the park so we feel full. Was nice to have but we ended up eating more in the parks , Just wanted to give a review if someone has older kids that need more food to fuel them up. The staff was really nice, and there was an espresso machine but could only make it with the milk in the machine. Could not do a non dairy milk option. Club level is on the 2nd floor so if your room Is higher up, it can take time to get to it with the elevators.

Perfect stay with my mom & daughter! Elevators became an issue only during prime time when going back to room before dinner but I think it’s because the system confuses people, not enough to bother me. The other hotels feel a little too crowded and busy for my liking this was perfectly relaxed & so clean with comfy beds. Great maple in the lobby is a plus too!

This is the least Disney magic disney hotel that I have ever stayed at. 3pm check in is a lie. The fine print (which I obviously missed) states that check in is at 3 but they have up to an hour to assign rooms and there is no guarantee that they will be ready. The room itself was dirty. My infant son found a pistachio shell on the floor within 2 minutes of being in the room. The carpets themselves did not look like they had been vacuumed. The elevators are a nightmare. If you need to go down one with a stroller be certain to be out the door 2 hours before park opening or it will take upwards of 30 minutes to get one where you can fit your entire family. Even had to carry a double stroller and bags down 6 flights of stairs one day after we had officially given up. This hotel that is themed to movies that young kids like is not built or meant for families with young kids. Avoid at all costs if you have small children.

We usually stay at The Disneyland Hotel, however this time we decided to try Pixar. We were not disappointed at all. Of course, everybody's Disney vacations are different as far as how many times you visit the parks, what you will do at the hotels, etc. but we had a great experience! Before we booked, I read a bunch of reivews and saw the many comments about the elevators. We stayed for 3 nights and we didn't experience this elevator issue until the last morning, for early entry at Disney. The elevator wait can be frustrating because so many families have strollers or those motorized scooter things. Those take up a bunch of room. If you're down to carry the stroller down the stairs, do it, you'll beat the elevator. Some people go down in shifts, one at a time, or press an "up" floor instead, just to get on--yes, it's that crazy. BUT, the ONLY time we experienced this was on a Tuesday early morning. The hotel is aware of this and say they are working on a solution, but not sure what the solution will be. So let's move on because there are so many great parts to this hotel that the elevators certainly can't take away from all of the fun. If your child loves Pixar movies, this is a great place for you! The rooms are new and spacious. We stayed with 4 adults and a 2 year old and housekeeping brought us a nice clean pack-n-play crib and we had 2 beds and couch (it folds upside down into a twin if needed). There is a floor length mirror, closet and drawer space, Keurig and coffee items and refrigerator. We did not pay for a view room, but we looked over the pool area which was quite nice. The beds, bedding and pillows are great. I would suggest better toilet paper maybe... The hotel has a coffee and danish grab-n-go snack bar as well as a restaurant. There is also a nice bar and eatery at the pool area. We had burgers by the fire-pits one night! Bing Bong was in the lobby and we took pictures as soon as we arrived and our room was available 2 hours early. Parking is a breeze with the garage right behind the hotel and you can come and go as a resort guest. The entry to Downtown Disney is very close, then a quick walk to the monorail which drops you by Autopia/Nemo Submarine for easy Disneyland access. The Bell Desk workers were amazing and helpful. Your room key will open the gates at The Disneyland Hotel, too, so it's a pretty walk to Goofy's Kitchen. Super fun and will definitely stay again, even with the elevator issues.

The hotel is centrally located and has a few great dining options. The decor is super cool and our room had a great view. It is over priced. It ranks more like a Value Hotel with a Deluxe price. They told us day one to enjoy the rooftop pool area for outside entertainment. Yet on Sunday at 8:30 the maids called security to clear everyone out of the only outdoor area claiming because the pool was closed. Even though the front desk was sending everyone up there. We think she just wanted it closed so she could clean up early. While much of the staff was amazing, this experience was the Disney feel we're used to.
