All of our suites feature kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, twin-burner cooktops, coffeemakers and utensils. Family suites have bunk beds for more sleeping space.

Visit the business center to check emails or print boarding passes. Organize a conference, training session, or wedding reception for up to 50 people in the 854 sq. ft. meeting space.

Pros: Front desk service Location near Disneyland parking lot/shuttle Breakfast Cons: Bathroom wear/tear Room Thermostat not adjusting The hotel has undergone some updates and renovations, especially in the common areas. The front desk service during the day and night are very helpful and very friendly. Our big letdown for this stay was the room itself. There were cosmetic improvements, however, the bathroom needs repair. There must have been some flooding or just standing water bc door to the shower room had swelling on the bottom and chipped paint. Both the shower drain and sink drain were slow to empty. Shower curtain had holes. Towels were stained with something red/pink. I was also disappointed that I could not lower the thermostat in the living room or the bedroom, I could set it to 68 but it stayed at a constant 72 the whole time. Most families may not find that problematic, but with hot flashes it was difficult to sleep, even on top of the sheets/comforter. We did not cook or use any of the kitchen amenities, so I cannot comment.
- SWSarah WellsNov 5, 20252.0Rooms are decent. Beds comfy. The property itself is nice but my issue is with staff customer service and odd special policies. If you leave something on the bed they won’t make it. I left a duffel bag on top and a pair of jeans, so they made one bed in the suite and not the other. Also they only take “FDIC debit/credit cards”. I find it hilarious that a 3 star hotel has such policies when I stayed at a 5 star in Newport Beach back in May and had no issues utilizing the same online bank card for my booking. They say it’s advertised on their website but I utilized booking.com and it allowed me to hold the room with that card but when paying at the property it was a different story. I think having to go a second step in being able to look on their website is a little bit ridiculous to make sure they accept a form of payment many hotels with higher fees and ratings accept. Seems like the workers hate their jobs and are very to the book when explaining. Didn’t offer anything to remedy the bumps in the road. This trip was for my child’s birthday and I honestly feel that they act as if they are some luxurious hotel. I booked because of the rating, not the price. I should of paid more elsewhere and been happy.

They do have car service available if needed for traveling to and from the airport. The room was extremely nice! Full kitchen and 3 bed bunks. Mini golf, basketball, arcade room, pool, kiddies pool, hottub and splash pad. Inside and outside eating area for breakfast. Breakfast was good. I did wish there was more fruit available but other than that, great selection. Very impressed with this hotel!
