My son and I enjoyed our 4 night stay while on our Disney vacation. I chose the hotel because of how close it was to the parks and the amenities it included. Thanks to Brittany for making us feel very welcomed. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. In addition to a great welcome staff, the breakfast staff ensured food was hot and fresh - even on the busiest mornings, the pool area was always nice and clean, and the restaurant food came in clutch on those late nights after a busy day in the parks. Absolutely planning on staying here again on my next trip to Anaheim.

The internet kept kicking me off on the last day because I supposed check out on that day!? I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inns without this issue.
Laundry was also a mess: the washer/dryer is card-only, but the detergent vending machine is coin-only. I asked to exchange for coins to buy the $2 detergent and was told they don’t do coin exchange—then was directed to the self-checkout shop where detergent was $4. Even though it’s just 2 bucks, no like on fooling the customer and making all these efforts.
This place is horrible. Front desk is rude, couldn't get towels or coffee. I was waiting for 25 minutes to speak to the front desk lady while 6 people were in line. She saw me waiting patiently, as more.customers were coming in. I finally said, can I please get some towels. She said to wait in line like everyone else. Well, I was in line they just ignored me. In the morning coffee maker didn't work, they replaced and didn't leave any coffee. I went down to the front desk and no-one was there. I seen someone preparing breakfast, I asked the man for coffee and he said I had to wait for 1 hour until breakfast lmao 🤣 what a joke. No one wants to help here.Never come back here again.
After a 17-hour flight and an hour’s drive from LAX, we arrived at Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim as the first stop of our USA holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us an early check-in at no extra cost, a fantastic start to our trip.
The hotel is about a 15–20 minute walk from Disneyland, and the local ART buses stop right at the hotel, making transport easy if walking isn’t ideal. While it’s not an official Disneyland hotel, it’s part of the Disney district. The surrounding area is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe.
The rooms are a little dated and could use some TLC, and they aren’t serviced daily, though staff do empty bins and change towels. Each room includes a coffee machine (no jug), microwave, and fridge, very convenient.
Amenities include a great gym, a pool, and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. There’s also an onsite laundry (credit card only) and a small self-serve shop in the foyer for snacks. Breakfast was great, and the house pizzas are worth trying.
Overall, for its location, friendly staff, and range of amenities, this hotel is excellent value if you’re visiting Disneyland on a budget, just remember that everything near Disneyland tends to be pricey.
