    Muy buena relación calidad precio. Literalmente a un costado del estacionamiento de Disney. El buffet muy bueno acordé a las estrellas. El único detalle la habitación, pequeña y se escucha todo! Además de que la regadera no tiene presión adecuada.

    Super dissapointed with my recent stay. My group of friends had two rooms for the 4 of us. The location *may* have been a block from Disneyland via catapult of helicopter. It was a bit further than what we expected. The rooms were a bit dated, and the layout was terrible. The bathroom and shower were right next to one of the two beds in the room- while the sink was in the living space. Sharing a space amongst two people made it super difficult with this layout. Worse, after a long day at Disney, one in our group decided to take a bath. While she was in the tub, the sink started to belch straight sewer smell into the living space of the room. We had to prop the door and then the hallways smelt like sewer too. If that was not bad enough, a roach ran across the wall. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    Good overall. Although it says it's a 15 min walk to the parks, we timed it and it is takes 45 min to get to the main entrance of the parks from the hotel. The floors were super dirty. My kid who crawls, his knees and hands were black. Also don't get a room next to the pool, you can hear the kids screaming all night long.

    My family and I stayed here for a week, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elizabeth surprised us with something truly special, and we are forever grateful to her for going above and beyond. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to keep the property spotless. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant—great food and amazing mojitos at the bar! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Downtown Disney, and entering through those gates is much less busy than the main entrance. A huge thank-you to Elizabeth and the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!

    While I was excited to recommend this Holiday Inn at the beginning of our stay due to its location, I will not recommend it to anyone nor make another reservation here as they will not care about any issues you have during your stay, no matter how major. Our room did not have hot water for the last two days of our stay and the hotel staff made no effort to make it right. When we first reported it in the morning, they said it would be fixed in 20 minutes. We went to Disneyland and came back late at night (around 11 PM) and the hotel staff said there was nothing they could do. We were informed by morning staff that the water heater outage was only affecting our building, but the guy working the front desk was trying to act like it was affecting the whole hotel and there was nothing we could do. When asked if they could move us to another room since we knew other parts of the hotel had hot water, he turned to the other girl working the front desk and asked her if it was only our building or the whole hotel and she yelled at us saying there was nothing she could do as they had already moved people who complained before us (even though we were one of the first people who complained but they told us it'd be fixed that day). The guy told us our "options" were to either check-out early and find another hotel (mind you it was already midnight at this point so this was not really an option) or stay in our room and deal with the cold water. The girl who was rude to us was also yelling at other guests who had asked for directions. There was still no hot water the next morning until at least we checked out at 11 (the water outage probably lasted longer). It was unfortunate we couldn't take a shower after a long day running around the park nor the morning before our flight, but we understand things happen. The issue is the staff made no effort to make things right - no effort to even see if they could get us in another room or relocate us to another Holiday Inn or IHG property, no refund for the night, not even a complimentary breakfast - just a lack of empathy from staff. It is a major red flag that a hotel would not care if its guest lack such a basic amenity as hot water.
