As we arrived, there were firetrucks outside as we walked into the lobby the night auditor.(Joseph) asked the firefighters if this happens again, where our guests are stuck in the elevator can we call you guys if our maintenance people are out” That was the first indication that we had made a horrible choice!
We then check in and Joesph lets us know that our room is in the building in the back, as we make our way to the building we open the door and there are baseboards leaning everywhere, paper untucked in the hallways and elevator, unfinished construction just everywhere. We are traveling with a child. These are hazardous issues that guests should be made aware of immediately. I call to the front desk to ask to get moved to a different building at least because I did not feel comfortable. The young lady says they can’t do anything until “maybe” tomorrow when guest check out. We decided that wasn’t an accommodation at all. We call back speak to Joseph and inform him that these issues should’ve been told to us, guests being stuck in elevators, construction everywhere. I asked for a refund as we had already booked another place to stay he states he can’t guarantee anything, to speak to his manager “Sandra” next day. I called booking.com and filed a request for a refund. They do their own investigation and speak to Joseph who tells them that they offered us an accommodation which was not true. We are super disappointed! I’m not the type to ever complain but this was not a safe environment at all! I made my report to OSHA and I have pictures to prove all of this!!!!!

If you value your health do not stay here. They are doing mold removal in the middle of the hallway where everyone walks and has to breathe in the air. After walking through the hallway a couple times my throat was burning. They need to close the entire floor for this type of toxic remodel. Definitely against many health codes. Luckily my asthmatic child was ok but some others may not be as lucky.
Ended up having to pay a lot of money to switch hotels last minute after one night because we didn’t feel great after being exposed to this.
Also probably a sign that they need to add ventilation to the bathrooms since the mold seems to be an issue inside the rooms as well as outside.

Mold literally everywhere. Floor to ceiling. They are removing wallpaper from the hallways which have exposed black mold. They have covered it in paper taped to the walls. Almost a guarantee that it’s all over the rooms too. On the first floor you can see that they are beginning to paint over it. Highly doubt it’s being treated properly. Will be money the manager will respond here with some kind of generic AI response which shows you how much they are actually concerned. We ended up switching hotels after one night because we felt allergy related issues likely due to the mold. Don’t stay here.
Update: the response is that this is wallpaper glue? Straight up lies.

This is a mixed review. While the location is amazing, it is not 1 block from the park. It's a 15 minute walk minimum. Rooms are spacious and most of the staff are awesome, but housekeeping will adjust your thermostat and not put it back. We also had to remind the staff that our room needed to be serviced. Unlike most hotels, the housekeeping staff here will not touch your beds unless requested. If there is something wrong with your room maintenance wise, good luck because they may not do anything during your stay. And you may be staying in a room with mold growing in your bathroom (because proper mitigation has not been done). Front desk personnel are either by the book with hotel policies, sometimes skirt the policies, or will not assist you when you call down for help like “can you bring me a luggage cart” and you will get a response of “that's not my job” or “we don't do that here”.
Unlike MOST IHG properties, breakfast is either by package ($16 per person up front) or $22 per person that day. You also need to have all your people in the room for booking or they will only do check-in, car registration, and checkout with that specific person. The key cards fail quite regularly and instead of “here is a new card” it is “ID please” to verify you are in the room AND then you get a new key.
And unlike MOST hotels, when you are booking, make sure you have accurate dates set at first, otherwise you will have at least 2 bookings for all your dates. We had to check-in/checkout almost every day because we had 3 registration dates for the 5 days we were here. And that means new keys, car placards, and deposit every checkout/check-in.
The restaurant food was good, but the menu was limited. If you are staying in the 2-suite rooms (building 5) there is no elevator. And only buildings 1,2, and 3 are connected. The themed rooms are a nice touch, but be warned…some of the decor has never been replaced and some rooms will not have themed comforters whilst others in the same room do. Some of the themed rooms need more decorations, between wall paper, decor, or even drapes, more would be best not just movie posters or a semi painted wall.

Recent stay over the weekend. Never again. We used go stay at this Hotel everytime we went to Disneyland. This time, entry doors to our tower were unlocked, 1 elevator out of order, the other sounded like it was on its last leg. Hallways smelled like exhaust, musty. Hot tub wsd out of order and no reason given or when it would be fixed.
1st room we stayed in AC was on the fritz. Had to move to another room a floor down at 11pm. Next night returned from our Disney day just after midnight. None of our card keys would open the door. Daughter went to desk to get reprogrammed, front desk Jospeh said my wife had to come down even though my daughter was registered to the room and 21. When my wife got there, she said she was very upset with the stay thus far. Joseph didnt seem to care.
During checkout I waited to be called up. Joseph was working again. No greeting, just "can i help you?" With an annoyed looked on his face. So i just asked for the Manager. Joseph asked if there was a problem. I asked for the Manager again. He then said what's the problem maybe I can help. I asked if he was the manager and he said no. So I asked for the manager again. He now tells me therr isnt one on duty. Joseph was rude and unprofessional on 2 occasions 2 different days. He doesnt belong on customer service. Will never return to this Hotel.
