  The Penthouse Suites are the most expensive rooms in this Hotel and they are not worth the price. When we arrived, it smelled very musty and one of the TVs did not work and the staff knew about it, but said it is what it is. Why even have it hanging up on the 1st place if they knew it was broken? The layout of the penthouse suite is one big round room with a panoramic view of I-5. I would recommend the larger room with the extra area of living space with the 2 TVs, if you are wanting a larger space for the family. Most of the time you are hardly in your room, but the Penthouse Suites are very overrated for the price. Brooke, the service representative, was great and I would recommend staying here for convenience to the park. 10 min walk to the park with a great continental breakfast buffet that is very clean, and always full of food. It was a great family trip to Disneyland.

  This hotel and the staff are fabulous! The friendliest staff I've ever had at a hotel! The breakfast was great - eggs, sausage and/or bacon, sometimes omelettes, one day they had turkey sausage (only wish is that they had this everyday as I do not eat pork), pancakes, sometimes waffles, toast, muffins, english muffins, juice, milk, yogurt, and the best cinnamon rolls! On-site laundry was very helpful for us. We walked to and from the park each day and it was very doable. Clean rooms and surprisingly very soundproof. The pool and hot tub were great too - for a cooler day, the pool was a very good temp! 100% recommend this hotel.

  Overall a decent hotel within good walking distance of Disneyland. Breakfast was good and rooms are clean. However, the parking situation is just bad. $38/day for valet only parking which makes a reasonably priced stay less reasonable and access to my own vehicle inconvenient will probably keep us from coming back.

  If I could rate this hotel and staff above 1000/10 I easily would!! We had this hotel booked with our Disneyland package for family of 5 and wow, it was a wonderful 5 night stay! Upon arrival I met with Millie at the front desk, she was lovely she greeted me with such kindness and joy!! In fact it was our Grand daughter's birthday the day after check in and the staff did up a birthday basket for her!! Everyone to include valet staff were so friendly and caring. We arrived early from the airport and received early check in. Which was wonderful traveling with children. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a nice view and we were able to see nightly fireworks from Disneyland The kids enjoyed the heated pool which was very nice and clean, also having the hot tub was wonderful for tired and achy legs after a long day at Disney. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting Anaheim.

  We just completed a stay at this hotel. Overall most of the stay was very good. However we were very disappointed to find that the only parking option was valet. This is the reason for the overall one star. Otherwise this was a great experience and the staff is very professional. This is NOT stated anywhere in the website information except as an option for an extra fee. When you arrive you are greeted by someone who takes your vehicle. We had no choice. Disney is only one stop for us on a very long road trip. Our expectation was that we would have control of our vehicle and belongings. We were not prepared in any way for valet only parking. Nowhere does it say that valet is the ONLY means of parking. Had we known, we would have made a very different series of decisions. And, the “option to choose” valet parking is stated at $35 per night. It is actually $38 PLUS TAX. It came out to something like $89 for two nights. Be prepared.
