First of all our tv wouldn’t work and the hotel staff never sent anyone to fix it even though we called.That isn’t all we went to pick up our cars from valet after visiting the Disney park. My dad had thought he packed his Apple Watch but his phone was tracking it inside the hotel. He tried to ask the front desk if they could get a manager to look and the two girls at the desk were horribly rude to him. Then I walked in and tried to talk to them and one of the girls had an attitude with me. I got corporates number from them. Then when my stepmom called on Tuesday to speak with a manager they magically found the watch and charged them to ship it back to us. We live 4 hours away mind you. Then when she asked the names of the two girls the hotel refused to give us there names. Absolutely horrible service and rude employees! Will never visit this hotel again

Great shower with very hot water. Hot tub was great to rest in after a long day of walking. Very quiet. Great morning breakfast. Short and peaceful walk to the park. Will definitely book here again when we return.
