  Me siento estafada, reserve este "holliday inn" porque pues son muy buenos pero este no cumple con los estándares de un holliday inn, era como un hotel viejo y holliday compro la propiedad y lo está remodelando pero le falta demasiado ofrece desayuno, pero de los días que me quede ahi solo tenía pork sausage, patatas en cubos sin sabor, huevo revuelto y carne de hamburguesa toda tiesa y seca horrible desayuno todo el pasillo para ir a las habitaciones están a la intemperie y no hay acceso para silla de ruedas entre las habitaciones se escucha todo el ruido la verdad estoy muy decepcionada de holliday inn mi estancia fue terrible espero y mejoren

  Ed una hotel viejo que holiday inn quiere revivir, las instalaciones están en mal estado, el muy ruidoso las puertas dejan pasar luz del pasillo por debajo y el ruido d els otras habitaciones se escucha muy fuerte no están bien aisladas, el desayuno está incluído pero desearías no comerl, estacionamiento excesivamente pequeño si tienes pickup o Suv grande olvídate de poder estacionarte sin que te den portazos

  I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Our first room was dirty, so we asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room was just as bad — it clearly had not been cleaned beforehand. Dirty floors, unclean bedding, and overall just uncomfortable. When we told the front desk, the receptionist didn’t seem happy about us complaining and was not helpful at all. On top of that, the elevator was moving even though the doors weren’t fully closed, which was scary. I told the front desk, and again, he seemed bothered instead of concerned. Between the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional customer service, I definitely would not recommend staying here. I won’t be coming back and if I can give this hotel no stars I would

  This location is conveniently located down the street from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Our experience was pleasant, though fairly basic. We love that Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast and we have stayed at countless locations. However, we were at this location for 4 nights and the breakfast menu never changed, which I found to be odd since other locations rotate their menu. By the 4th morning, we were definitely ready for something different. This location feels like a renovated apartment building, converted into a hotel. While the renovation and rooms are nice, there are some areas that feel old and don’t match the rest of the hotel. The 3rd floor ice machine wasn’t working. Despite minor inconveniences, our experience was good overall and we’d consider staying here again as it was significantly cheaper than the one across the street from Disney. Just prepare yourself for large vehicles parking in compact spots.

  Not a trustworthy place. My family and I stayed here last December. First of all, the manger had a complete inappropriate melt down. I was checked into a room that was supposed to be out of service, and when we walked into the room we were met with a filthy room. They gave my sisters room for her and her family to someone else. We needed things like toilet paper and towels and after a hour a multiple calls still none. A big thing happened because of the manger having a melt down and they had to call one of the owners or HR to come from San Diego to handle the situation. Who told me and my family our rooms would be comped (refunded). That never happened, several calls were made about this situation my different people in my family regarding their rooms as well and we were just told excuse after excuse and “we’ll call back” with not a single call back out of 6 phone calls for myself alone. I would also like to mention the dirtiness, broken glass in the hallways, nails in the hallways, elevator that felt like it was about to free fall at any moment, and unprofessionalism. For the price, you can stay at a hotel 5 minutes from Disney and have way better experience.
