Estoy muy decepcionado por el trato es mi segunda vez que me hospedo ahí pero esta será la última. Me hospedé en el cuarto 556, fue mi primera vez reservando por expedía pero sentí un trato diferente por reservar en esa aplicación cosa que no debe suceder. Estoy buscando hacer un reporte ya que el personal del hotel no fue nada profesional y cortés.
- A佐藤章成6 days ago1.0ここを2026/2/21-23で利用させて頂きました その際結婚指輪を洗面台に忘れたこと空港に着いた時点で気づき連絡を取りましたがホテルのカウンターはまず直通で繋がらずコールセンターに自動で繋がるも日本人で上手くコミュニケーションが取れないとわかると電話を一方的に切られました。 その後再度連絡すると紛失の届出をするサイトを紹介受け登録しましたが折り返しの連絡もなく現在3日が経過していますが戻って来ていませんし連絡も来ません。 明らかにシンクの上に置いてあったので清掃時気づかないわけもありません。 疑いたくもないですがルームクリーン時に回収されたのかと思ってしまいます。 このホテルはディズニーに近く金額も手頃ですが紛失物は絶対に帰ってこないし何か困ったことがあっても困っても連絡が取れないと思った方が良いです。 次使う日本人のために書き置きします。

However, the most impactful part of our stay was the excellent service that was provided to us by Carmelino. Without even asking he went out of his way to provide warmed towels and an extra blanket for me and my niece while swimming at the pool one evening. I am thankful for him and the hospitality he showed that evening!
