The hotel has excellent service. The Valets make you feel like a secret millionaire, and the staff are all very professional and friendly. The hotel is located a quick 15 minute walk from the main drag, making it convenient for travelers without a vehicle.

We stayed here on a family road trip to Disneyland. The hotel is super clean and very fancy (they have valet parking?!). The staff were incredible and so helpful. They gave us coupons to breakfast which was very nice (it took $4 off the total per person. I think it would be really helpful if you were staying kids or had a bigger appetite than I did because it's an all you can eat breakfast buffet). The breakfast was really delicious, especially since I didn't have to cook it. There was a nice selection of foods and some allergen safe options too. The hotel is pet friendly and they even have a little potty spot nearby (you can't see it on the satellite view of the map because Theresa really nice shady tree blocking the view. It has a poop bag stand with a trash can and a little square of astro turf). My only pet related "complaint" (and that's a very strong word for my actual feelings) is that there is not an easily accessible stairway. Our dog is scared of elevators so it was a little adjustment. However, I did ask the front desk and they offered to have he maintainence person unlock the stairwell if needed (I declined and decided to work on the elevator anxiety with the pup). We didn't take advantage of the pool but based on the rest of the hotel and the experience I imagine it's really nice. The hotel is in a great location if you're going to Disneyland or DCA. We were able to make the walk in Maybe 15 minutes (I never timed it in just guessing). At one point I had something Doordashed to the hotel and the front desk were very kind and able to hold it until we returned from the park. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again.

$38 dollar charge each night for mandatory valet plus pee on bed (comforter and sheets not changed between occupants). Like many of the other low reviews the mandatory valet and associated $38 charge was a surprise when we arrived. This especially sucks for a place that is marketed for longer stays with a small kitchen and medium fridge since it makes grocery shopping, supply runs, and going out to eat a hassle. It completely negates the “convenience” of having more kitchen amenities. As an added bonus after driving 6 hours I got to experience the horror of taking a nap and finding out I was sleeping on some fresh pee from the previous occupant. Front desk and house keeping did respond promptly to change the sheets, comforter, pillows, and bed cover. To add more frustration I only had one set of pajamas so I also get to spend an and a half of precious sleep time staying up to wash my pee contaminated clothes and at extra cost to me. So obviously since there was pee all over the bed cover, comforter, and sheets those weren’t changed before we checked in. Gross! 🤮 . That is the reason I am giving one star for service. I have over 205 nights in stays in hilton this year alone. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had in any hotel. If you are management for this hotel and reading this you can bet I’m going to be complaining to Hilton.

Check-in after our day at Disneyland was super smooth. 1/2 a mile away and not difficult to find. It is located behind the Courtyard Marriott by the freeway. Also, we booked this room using our rewards points with our Hilton Honors card. Donald greeted us upon entering the property and took our car info for valet (costs $35). The valet was very kind and encouraged us to take our time because I was struggling to find my keys. Frankie helped us check-in at the front desk and it was also another smooth experience. The hotel is very clean, smells clean, and is spacious. Even the rooms are a great size. The only thing that made this make me remove a star was that one of the bedsheets smelled like body odor. Last call for room service was 9:45pm so we were able to quickly place an order as soon as we got to our room around 9pm (phew). Food came about 30min later and was SO good. I even kept the leftovers!!! We ordered the fancy grilled cheese, pepperoni flatbread and turf tacos with pulled pork. Pricey? Yes. Delicious? Also yes. Can confirm that fancy grilled cheese leftovers the next day was just as good. Breakfast buffet had a decent spread for $15. French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, huevos rancheros, oatmeal, cereal, breakfast pastries and more! Check-out was quick and so was retrieving the car from valet.
