There was a lot of misinformation about the $20 / per room. The luggage scale was not working. However, the location to the parks were great.

Water everywhere in the bathroom. I am a Diamond member, and normally I would rave about Hilton. This stay was the exception. The staff stole AirPods from us that were left on the nightstand. They left the case but took the actual AirPods. The management stated “lets us know if you find them.” Meaning we misplaced them. The management is not helpful and only states “we don’t have them”. Just wrong. Stay anywhere else but here. This is not about the money as AirPods are not that expensive these days. It’s the treatment of their customer. The blaming of the customer form”misplacing” them. Go anywhere else. Not here.
