HORRIBLE — but not the staff’s fault.
Okay, first the positives: hotel looks good and is clean. Staff is very nice and attentive. Room was big and clean. It’s near decent restaurants.
So why would I say that the hotel is horrible? PAPER THIN WALLS. Actually I’ve decided that they’re really not walls at all. Since this is in the Disneyland hotel area ecosystem, the Imagineers must have been here and done their magic, since they’re not really walls at all; they’re merely illusions. Marry horrendous complete lack of sound insulation with the hotel being located at an intersection on one of the busiest streets known to mankind (Katella Avenue), then throw in one of the worst hotel beds that I’ve slept on (and I’ve been at well over 100 hotels), and you have the ingredients for a truly terrible experience. I’ll end by paraphrasing a Disney song: when you wish upon a star, and that star is located in hell, you get the Hampton Inn and Suites Anaheim.

Nice rooms, good location to use Disney buses. Downside is parking, website advertises $35 per night, actual cost on the bill - $46 per night. ($40 parking + $6 parking tax).

Thus hotel is overall amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and super comfortable. Its a quiet, private Disney themed hotel. It gas a huge pool outside and a hot tub. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We bought a suite on our Disney vacation for my family of 5 that was staying there and it was amazing. Reasonably priced for being in Anaheim. Nearby there are a few restaurants that you can easily walk to and a gas station is across the street. Definitely recommended for any sort of vacation to Anaheim so you don't spend way more money on a Disney resort.
