I was not impressed with this Embassy Suites. I usually stay at a Embassy Suites in different locations depending where I vacation with family. This is my experience based on the hotel in general room 404.
Pros: Good breakfast, pool and spa area.
Cons: Workout room, one of height adjustment on cable machine does not work.
One elevator is inoperable.
We ran out of body wash in hotel room. The staff stated they did not have anymore and gave me bar of soap.
They must have a towel shortage because everyday I stayed I had to ask three separate times for towels. Staff would say they were still drying and write my room number down. Somehow they forget to notify me.
Lastly, room 404 need some repairs. See pictures. Staff told me first they were full and the other two days I would have to switch around 2pm however I was gone at Disneyland so could not switch rooms.

When I choose a Hilton property, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and consistency with the brand. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in several ways. First, the $25 parking fee was surprising and disappointing. It’s simply a basic parking lot — nothing covered, secure, or premium to justify the cost. As for the room and property condition, the carpeting on the 7th floor was in very poor shape — visibly dirty and worn. The sink in the bedroom took nearly an hour to drain. The curtains had noticeable brown stains, and the bed covering was frayed. (I wish Google allowed photos — I have several.) The buffet was fine and met expectations, but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall condition of the room i stayed in. Hilton charges top-tier prices, and with that should come top-tier upkeep. The outdated popcorn ceilings only add to the sense that this property needs significant refreshing. Overall, this experience didn’t reflect the standards I expect from the Hilton brand.

Tired but still trying.
I’m a fan of the Embassy Suites by Hilton brand. I’ve stayed at the one in Irvine, CA, and it was top-notch. This one is not that.
The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. However, the response times to any requests, assuming you got an actual response, were severely lacking. Maybe it’s a staffing issue, which falls on management.
The parking is not enclosed nor secure. It’s just a parking lot. However, they will try to charge you $25 a day for the use of the lot. Honestly, given its location and that it’s not secure, this really is too much. The front desk did not disclose the parking fees at check-in. I found out about them after I requested a copy of the bill because the math was not mathing. Maybe this was just an oversight by the front desk clerk at check-in.
The room was tired and not very clean. We stayed in a King Suite. This place is definitely in need of a remodel. They are very sparsely appointed. Not all the electronics work. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling, and the tub and shower were not clean. Lots of hair that was not ours. The famous Hilton beds we were looking forward to were obviously past their prime, with the edges so soft that if you didn’t sleep toward the middle, you might roll off. Lots of nicks, chips and stains.
We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Both nights, they had loud parties and events. We were on the fourth floor and could still hear / feel the music. We witnessed one woman at the front desk on Saturday night who was on the second floor demanding to be moved to another hotel. She has small children. I can only imagine how loud it must have been there. Don’t know what the outcome was.
The arcade was cool. My college kids even enjoyed it. They have a happy hour at the bar, which opens at 5, but I wasn’t able to check it out. But hard to go wrong with free drinks. And breakfast was pretty good. Embassy Suites always puts on a good spread, especially with the omelet bar.
Overall, I give this location a 2.5 to 3 out of 5. I’ll still consider Embassy Suites for a stay. Just not this one.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dark stains on bed, bed sheets, couch, carpet, walls. Carpet is literally unraveling. Foul odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. Entire room has moldy odor. Huge college party in the lobby, music was louder than a bar at midnight. Paid $85 for parking and no parking spots available. I have been a Hilton Honors Gold member for years and have stayed in every level of Hilton and this is not Hilton quality or cleanliness. Hotel staff was very apologetic and kind, John the night manager reported that they are sold out so we cannot move rooms and told me I booked a non refundable room and they are not connected to “other” Embassy suites so cannot allow us to move hotels. If we weren’t checking in at midnight after a long drive we would have left and found new accommodations as we requested. We are a military family and this is our one vacation and have been looking forward to this trip all year. I won’t allow my children to touch the couch at all, or the floor without shoes on. The fact that this is lower standards than a Navy barracks room speaks volumes. Shame on your Hilton for allowing this dilapidated hotel to continue to operate.
