I stayed from November 13th–16th. While the morning breakfast buffet was honestly the best part of my stay, the overall experience fell short of expectations. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time, which caused noticeable delays and inconvenience. On the first morning, a bug was flying around my breakfast, and on the second morning there was a bucket placed next to my table collecting rainwater from a leak in the ceiling. The shuttle service to Disney was also spotty at best, which made planning our mornings more difficult than it should’ve been. Additionally, the added daily parking fee made it feel like the hotel is trying to squeeze every penny possible from guests. For the rate I paid, I expected a smoother and more comfortable stay.

Outdated and decrepit. Rooms are ancient. Furniture is stained with who knows what and TV signals are garbled like early 90s antennae. The roof also leaks in multiple places, so you get to navigate a mix of buckets, dish tubs, caution tape, and water as you try to eat your lackluster (included) breakfast or get to your room. They have a pretty nice arcade, though, so that’s a silver lining.

In general the hotel is very nice and the staff was great, especially Jon the night manager. Carpet in the hallways could use a little freshening up and the carpet in our room (528) is coming up between the living room and kitchen area. Didn't get to enjoy the happy hour as we were away from hotel each night. Breakfast was good and convenient. Only issue we had was with the elevators. Hard to blame the hotel for this but it was an inconvenience and hopefully they will get fixed soon. Short story, one of four lifts was out the whole 4 nights, second lift was out for around a day and a third lift would not open on 5th floor (our floor) when you called it. Hopefully they will get resolved soon.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room during my stay. There was a strong odor of mold and urine upon entering, and the towels, pillows, and bedsheets were stained. Water from the tub leaked across the bathroom floor, making it slippery and unsafe. The carpet was visibly stained, and the shower head was covered in mold and soap scum. Additionally, the housekeeping staff repeatedly ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, which was very disruptive. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I have been trying to contact the hotel for almost 5 days now and now and still no response from the staff. Update: The automated responses from the staff to negative reviews is disappointing. It seems like there have been several attempts to “make it right” with other guests. Unfortunately, I’ve had no success resolving my issues, and I won’t be returning to this hotel or recommending it to others.
