  I stayed here in December and absolutely loved it! It’s within walking distance to Downtown Disney, which was a huge plus. I had a great stay overall. Unfortunately, I forgot a valuable item and didn’t realize until I was almost home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I sent a prepaid label, and they shipped it back to me right away. I’ve already received it. I would definitely stay here again!

  Great value, spacious rooms and walking distance to Downtown Disney. Love that the flooring is not carpet.

  La habitación es gigantesca, cómoda y está bien equipada, con frigobar y cafetera. El aire acondicionado era bastante ruidoso sobre todo en la noche. El baño/ducha tiene poca ventilación. La ubicación es conveniente para asistir al Convention Center o Disneworld, a unos 15 minutos a pie. Si no tienes auto, las tiendas y restaurantes quedan un poco más lejos aunque sigue siendo una distancia caminable.

  Dec 20-24, 2025 This was a 3-day Disneyland trip with me, my daughter, my sister, and my nephew. We try to take a Disneyland trip at least 1 time each year at stay at Good Neighbor Hotels (on Harbor Blvd). This was the first time we stayed at Eden Roc (on the resort side of Disneyland). We had a wonderful experience! We stayed in the family suite on the 2nd floor. The rooms were updated, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed…including plenty of outlets for charging needs. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear street noise. But, nothing earplugs, noise canceling headphones, or 10 miles park days can’t remedy! For us, after a long day at Disney, it wasn’t an issue. Light house keeping occurs every couple days, but full house keeping service can be done daily upon request, at no additional charge. The front office staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The walk to security (entrance to Downtown Disney) from the hotel was about 10 minutes (this is walking at a pretty quick pace). Once through security, the walk through Downtown Disney, to the park gate, is about another 5-10 minutes. The entire walk is lit well and felt very safe to Downtown Disney, with minimal crowds compared to the hotels on Harbor Blvd. It is hard to find a room that accommodates all our needs, that is that spacious, and a very reasonable price! We will definitely consider staying at Eden Roc again and would recommend to others!

  Unfortunately, our stay at Eden Roc in Anaheim was extremely disappointing. The hotel has a policy that made no practical sense, and we were not informed about it until after the free cancellation cutoff had already passed, leaving us without any real options. Our room had a noticeable ant and cockroach problem, which is the last thing any guest—especially a family with a baby—should have to deal with. Because it was already past midnight and our baby was finally asleep, moving rooms was not a realistic option for us at that point. This situation created unnecessary stress and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay. We expected better cleanliness standards, clearer communication, and more guest-focused flexibility, particularly in situations involving families and basic room conditions. The images below document the ant and cockroach presence we observed in our room. The only positive part of our stay was the night staff, who were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, our experience with the day staff did not reflect the same level of service.
