    Amazing customer service. I have a disability and they took great care of me. Only issue is I don’t think there’s carpet on the second floor rooms. People seem to walk with a harder step the later it gets.

    Overall experience was good. Hotel was close to Disney which helps those looking to walk. House keeping was helpful. Would recommend. No breakfast though.

    We always come to Eden Roc when we visit the Anaheim Disney parks. Great service, amazing location, and exactly what we need for a good night’s sleep.

    For the price paid, you can’t beat the value of this little gem of a hotel. It’s a little over one city block to the entrance to Downtown Disney— which you can access to reach Disneyland. The staff and housekeeping folks are friendly. The grounds are clean, rooms are clean and updated. It’s an older hotel, but is kept up well. Easy check in and check out. Beds are comfortable, and housekeeping came every other day. The HVAC works well with California’s varying weather. Onsite parking is affordable compared to neighboring properties. We stayed here for a week, and will stay here again. Thank you for a great visit Eden ROC staff!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! Please do not fall in this trap. These people don’t care at all of the customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life do not book here!!! I had a family emergency and couldn’t get to the hotel and I call them to try to cancel the reservation and they couldn’t care less! I never check in the hotel and still got charged. Worst experience ever!!!! 0 stars
