Where do I start? My first room when I saw the rooms was “wow, the room is spacious, perfect for our family of four and it has a full kitchen, yay!” With picky kids you definitely need a full kitchen unless you want to pay $15 for Kraft Mac & cheese. Anyway, first night was a breeze, the room did smell a little humid but I figured it was because of the rain. Next morning we woke up and the bathroom floor by the sink was flooded and one of our bags got wet. We went to to tell the front desk guy at around 6:50am and unapologetically he said “Maintenance should be here soon and I’ll tell them to clean it up” 8am or so comes and nothing, around 9am I went to tell them and another front desk girl was there and she was very kind and acted immediately (I later found out she was the manager) they checked the room and it flooded again, which turned out to be something about the pipe in the adjacent room. We got moved to another room and the first night was fine, or so I thought but no one had slept in that bed that I later slept in that night and woke up at around 11:30pm with tiny bumps that hurt and were super itchy. I looked at the bed with my light and there was tiny bugs, so tiny I had to take a picture and zoom in with my husbands android phone to see the tiny crawlers. I called the front desk and the same person, again, unapologetically said “oh no, let me get you another room” might’ve been the language barrier but anyway, I felt dismissed. I had to wake up out kids (which were crying) and love to another room AGAIN this time at midnight! Next day I went to speak with the manager (Alex) and she was very apologetic and understanding on how frustrated I was and told us we will be compensated for the first 3 nights (3 nights of horror) last room was finally fine, although the toilet was leaking and I just laughed about it with the maintenance guy. I want to say that most of the personnel was very nice specially Alex and I can’t remember the name of the older man but he is like the maintainer manager, he was very nice about everything too. Walk to Disneyland was 10 mins or so which was great. We checked out today Saturday and I asked about the compensation to the guy that was at the front desk and he said “I have no idea, I don’t see anything on the notes” which I replied well I talked to Alex about it and he said “Alejandra is not here, I’m the only one here and it’s so busy” raising his voice and with an attitude, I want to say he was overwhelmed, from everything that we went through at the hotel, the attitude from the guy this morning at the front desk, left us not wanting to go back, up to today, service was good. I haven’t gotten any compensation yet but I’m sure the hotel will keep their word. The rooms are def a little outdated and they should get rid of the carpet because it’s very dirty. Breakfast Buffett was good enough and pool was heated which was a plus.

I found Clementine online, and it did not disappoint. Located about 15 minutes walking distance from Disneyland. My wife and I love the location as well as the amenities at the hotel. The staff was very friendly from the time we got there to the time we left. They always greeted me with a smile and a hello. We stayed in a studio suite and it was perfect for the two of us with plenty of room plus a kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place, y'all, is THE place. I'm a 4-star, Sheraton guy -- Clementine Inn is certainly a 3-star (no daily housekeeping) but the rooms are clean, big, quiet, comfortable and sunny. Very lovely experience. The thing that'll get me to return is their breakfast, specifically the belgian waffle makers and takeaway coffee cups.

I was going to write a review just pointing out the mediocrity of the rooms for the ridiculous price you pay, but not after my experience with management. Positive: the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. Thats about it. The king suite is alright but the bathroom is abysmally tiny; think closet sized.Definitely don’t stay if you have lots of kids. The wifi also wasn’t very good. It was slow at times and is an unprotected network, meaning anyone can access your data. There’s also a bizarre TV placement right in the wall between the bed and sofa so you can’t actually sit infront of it and watch. They also have poor plumbing, i could hear it dripping. Onto the main gripe though…we accidentally left a black bag(NOT a garbage bag) in the bathroom area full of dirty clothes because they didn’t actually bother to provide you with your own plastic bags, like most hotels. We left it by mistake and housekeeping couldn’t be bothered to check and make sure what was actually IN the bag and threw it away! Unrecoverable and they refused ANY compensation for our clothes! Not even a free stay or anything. I wouldn’t have taken it by the way but it’s the principle of the thing. The general manager b!tched at me when I demanded such and LIED telling me they aren’t owned by anyone! Clementine Suites is owned by Aimbridge Hospitality. I know because my partner works for them and thats how we won a free stay! I was just so frustrated by the lack of ANY attempt of a resolution on the manager, Alex’s, part that I couldn’t think of it in the moment. Do NOT stay here. They don’t care about you or even really pretend to like every other hotel and suite i’ve stayed at. I will be considering reaching out to corporate in the coming days.
