The rooms are clean, well managed, and housekeeping does a great job — towels were changed daily even when we didn’t ask, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and the people around the hotel were pleasant as well. The room itself was spacious and had a good-size kitchen, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The pool area looks great too, although we didn’t get a chance to use it due to cold weather. The location is good — not super close to Disney, but about a 15-minute walk, which really isn’t a big deal. GardenWalk Mall is right around the corner, which was very convenient. Plenty of options for breakfast or a late dinner, and the bowling on the ground floor was great with amazing food. A few downsides: the AC was very loud, and the fridge made knocking-like noises every time it turned on, which woke us up a few times during the night. The elevator is extremely slow, and the coffee machine in the common area wasn’t working for several days. Also, please consider changing the coffee provided in the rooms — it’s honestly quite bad and tastes awful. Overall, a good stay with a few improvements needed, but still a solid option for families and short trips.
