    Good coaster for the family. My 5-year-old loves it and his Mom who doesn't love coasters can handle it well. Smooth and fast, but no real drops that make your heart drop. Good lines in the morning and then it goes up quick. A great Lighting Lane ride.

    Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is an awesome ride. It may not be the oldest, or the biggest thrill seeker ride you can find. It's a classic, and as you ride it the enjoyment and the thrill only builds. It's definitely one of the top five rides in all of Disneyland. And even though it's a little bit older it gets pumping once it gets going. My family and I had a thrill out of it for the whole family. From the youngest to the oldest we enjoyed it. And even though we got to ride it right after rope drop, even later on the day the wait times were still reasonable. If it's early afternoon or even later, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is an excellent option with a bit of a shorter wait time.

    Amazing ride, one of my favorites. It’s quick both in line and the ride, and popular. I wouldn’t use fast past for this ride because the line goes quick enough.
