The room was in good condition. Nothing inside the room had damage and it was clean. The late night receptionist was very nice and reminded us multiple times that they serve coffee and hot cocoa all day every day. The shower head lacked pressure when on the full shower spray setting but it did the job. The only issue I had with the stay was the breakfast. Their dining hall was under construction (which I did not know when booking) so their food options were mainly all processed. They only offered some fruits, Quaker granola bars, prepackaged pastries, breads, and a yogurt/oatmeal bar with 6 toppings. There were no pancakes, waffles, eggs...basic breakfast items that would expect for paying at a hotel like this. So call before booking to inquire about their breakfast options. Otherwise, you might want to get something somewhere else. But, overall, it's a Best Western and an $8 Uber ride to Disneyland in the morning. Or you can hop on the bus from the Toy Story parking lot next door to get to the park.

We chose this hotel because they advertised a room large enough for eight people and a continental breakfast. The photos online made the property look amazing, but they were misleading. This is an outside-entrance hotel, which was not clear from the pictures.
The room was essentially one and a half rooms—not ideal, but we made it work. Unfortunately, the mattresses were in terrible condition. We requested that our beds be made, towels refreshed, and additional shampoo and soap since there was only one of each for eight guests. We also asked for an extra blanket. The staff refreshed the towels and left one more shampoo and soap, but that was all.
The continental breakfast was disappointing and not as advertised. The photos shown online were likely not from this location. There were no hot items—just cereal and toast—and no seating area to eat. The pool was closed due to an electrical issue.
The only positive was the gentleman who checked us in; he was very friendly. However, he was not available when we made our requests. Overall, we do not have much good to say about this hotel, and we would not stay here again.
To start the website said hot breakfast so we promised our kids eggs and bacon or sausage every morning on our trip and we budgeted to have breakfast taken care of each morning, however we got there and they no longer had hot items and the breakfast room was now in a tiny space with apples, banana and sugary donuts and cereals. We had to spend more to get breakfast somehwere else instead. Our room was two queens and the bathroom was shower only where the door didnt even shut unless we shoved a towel in it. There was no bathroom counter space so everything had to be on the floor which had our socks disgusting on day 1. The beds were hard and one of ours creaked and squeaked with every movement. The staff was friendly and nice and did decorate our room with balloons for my son, but we did find it funny that the little birthday banner was all beer bottles. We were also woken up at 3am on our last night to what sounded like an explosion in the parking lot which we found out later was people partying and speeding out of the parking lot and backfiring.
You pay for amenities that never are available. We stayed here last year because of location to Disney and price. Hot tub didn't work then, and the fitness center was closed. They had the parking lot tore up for curb construction. All good, projects have to happen. Fast forward a year and we're trying the place again. Heated Pool not available, fitness center closed, TV in room don't work. Bait and switch, tell me up front that things are not available at time of reservation, not a 'im sorry' for the inconvenience. Tried it twice, and won't again.
This is a older hotel, rooms are updated and are nice, has only one elevator positioned as close to the middle as possible, normally has a good breakfast But right now it is only pastries and cereal, wish that I was told that when booking, parking is affordable But get there early it fills up quick and may have to double park
