  Wir waren in diesem Best Western Plus, weil wir morgens ein vollwertiges Frühstück haben wollten. Als wir das Frühstück dann morgens sahen, dachten wir erst, wir hätten uns verlaufen. Von warmem Frühstück keine Spur. Keine Tische und Stühle im Frühstücksraum. Stattdessen den üblichen Mist, den man sonst nur in billigen Hotels bekommt. In der Reservierung und in der Bestätigung des Zimmers war das warme Frühstück ausdrücklich erwähnt. Hinzu kommt, dass das Hotel gerade umgebaut wird! Das hieß Chaos beim kostenpflichtigen (!) Parken und Baulärm. Eine Reaktion des Managers auf die Beschwerden gab es bis heute nicht. Ich werde nie wieder dort übernachten!

  It was a horrible and disgusting place to stay. There were enormous COCKROACHES, and they didn't even offer a solution to the problem. Plus, the managers wouldn't even acknowledge you. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER stay there.

  This stay has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. I originally booked the stay because of hot breakfast that was offered and proximity to Disneyland. However, we were soon disappointed to find out that the only thing offered was a continental breakfast. With the added cost of buying hot breakfast each day it would have been much better for my family to stay at a higher end hotel. Additionally, we encountered an ant infestation in our original room and the entire hotel was under construction. This made our stay very less than desirable as it included dusty hazards throughout the hotel and even a water shut off during our stay. Although the staff was great and super responsive, apparently these are known issues that the hotel is not grandpa about which is disappointing as we love Best Western. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The best offer that was made to us for having our children in an ant infested room on what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime vacation was 2 days free parking and 50% off the hotel for 2 days. Just wanted to warn families like myself who are seeking to treat their families to a memorable experience to avoid the sub par experience we unfortunately had at this hotel as they won’t be transparent about it.

  While the location is awesome and I have previously stayed there without any issues, my last trip left much to be desired. The a/c in my room was broken and staff were very unhelpful in solving the issue. The staff member would not accommodate with a refund so I could stay elsewhere, as they were sold out and did not have another room to move me to. They finally offered me a discount on the room for the night and then did not properly credit my trip when I checked out. Took multiple days to actually receive my refund and I still (over 2 weeks later) have not received the corrected invoice. Love the location, but will not stay at this hotel ever again.

  We stayed in the 8 person suite. We really enjoyed the 2 full bathrooms in our room, this was great at the end of a long day at the parks and getting ready in the morning time as there were 5 of us. Attached is a menu of what’s currently being offered for breakfast 6:30am-9:30am while they undergo renovations to the breakfast room. Everything is instant, oatmeal is like the bags you’d purchase at the store, yogurt comes out of a machine etc. The hotel did not list the breakfast room being closed, instead I found this out online while looking at reviews a few days prior to our trip. This meant no full hot breakfast as advertised on the hotel website. No compensation was given either for the false information. No timeline of when the full hot breakfast would be offered again. Attached is also a photo of a razor blade that was left in one of our bathrooms, we discovered this at the end of a long park day. This was especially frustrating as 1. we have a toddler, thank goodness we discovered this before our toddler did and 2. maintenance entered our room while we were at the parks with no heads up and left this on the ground in our bathroom. Another issue we ran into were ants in our bathroom, it was not clear where they were coming from, we saw them upon checking into our room and throughout our stay. The ants even woke up my husband one night crawling on him while he slept.
