Line for front counter is slow and they charged for parking even though we didn't have a car... That's why we were in line... Got resolved. Place is under construction but didn't affect our stay.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed right away. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The breakfast area was also very clean and had a lot of options to choose from, which made mornings easy. Yolanda, who was working in the breakfast room, was incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to make sure our family was taken care of and comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

They double booked my reservation and took about an hour and fifteen minutes to straighten it out. The noise from the construction workers woke us up early after staying up late the night before. The free breakfast wasn’t very good. We left a day early costing us 220 in a room fee we won’t get back. The motel was a lot further from Disneyland then we were led to believe and with 5 different best western pluses it’s easy to make that mistake. The room itself wasn’t too bad but the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly, Yolanda and Patty out to our family for being so attentive and helpful. The hotel was going a remodel and was not going to offer a buffet style breakfast but they suggested they turn the gym to the temporary breakfast area so we could have that option and were very adaptive to the situation. Huge kuddos. Rooms are great and ac was nice and cold when needed, bed and pillows were comfy. Overall great great experience specially for the price!
