  Rooms were clean, mattress was a tad hard, lobby was great ! Love that they have scooter rentals right in the lobby. Free daily breakfast was delicious. The only drawback is it was next door upstairs with no elevator, however if you ask they will deliver breakfast to your room !!! Customer service is top notch !!! Closest hotel to the parks you can get !

  The rooms are ok as far as appearances but we are paying for the location so I can't really complain. The best part, is the service. We had a late check-in and the attendant told us to make sure we get our license plate number so we didn't have to come back outside. We did have a spider problem. One small one we managed to kill but the large one was TOO BIG and on the ceiling. We called the front desk and Scott came to our rescue. He was funny and helpful, and even explained how to use the remote channel options for our TV. Definitely would stay here again.

  Cons: -paper thin walls. You can hear everyone and everything -brown stains on towels. Yellow and purple stains on sheets, obviously more concerned about the yellow. -my child found a toe nail on the disgusting carpet -toilet had difficulty flushing. Sink had some type of clog as it immediately filled up upon using -extreme amount of mold in the fan vent of the bathroom. Brown stains on the bathroom walls -room felt very humid. Very large build up of condensation on the blinds as well as the window- when opening the blinds it looked like it was raining outside, but it was all water droplets inside. -front desk workers were not friendly Yes, I understand that it’s an old place. Yes, I understand we were basically paying for the proximity to Disneyland. But I don’t think it’s expecting too much for the room to be clean and maintained. I really wished I would have also read the reviews on Yelp prior to booking. Not worth it for the location, I would recommend somewhere else even if you have to Uber!

  The location just cant be beat with front gates right across the street. Service was great. Breakfast each morning was so convenient. Rooms are solid but if you are here you really arent spending much time in the room, right? We would stay here again for sure!

  The rooms were nice however the noise activity is out of control. There were horns honking In the middle of the intersection until about 1 AM every night. The garbage truck came every single day at 6 AM. You could hear the trash Being dumped multiple times and the back up beeper would go off for about five minutes every day. Additionally, two out of the four nights we stayed there people were drag racing in front of our hotel. So sleeping in is not an option. Additionally, The pool had been refurbished and was set to reopen The day before we got there. We specifically Booked here so we would have access to the pool and hot tub. We were never notified that the pool and hot tub had not opened until after one of my family members had checked into their room. By this time, it was too late to find another place to stay. So we had to stick it out. I will never stay here again And will definitely not be recommending it to anyone in the future.
