B.W. refused to do anything about it. I would suggest staying at a different hotel near by for a better experience. Update to Owner Reply: The bottle was found, and found EMPTY. Someone on your staff stole them within 45 minutes of me leaving my room. I spoke to the manager on-site about the missing item and was told it was found empty.

We have returned this year and it is as fantastic as it was before. It is so close ro the park returning for children's naps, or to change out wet clothes is not an issue and makes the overall visit better. As far as hotels it's nothing particularly special, but the staff are fairly friendly, and the amenities are nice. The hot breakfast in the morning is excellent.

Also, having no ADA access for the breakfast was hard on someone that didn't want to feel like a shut in to eat with family.

The beds were cozy, the room was functional, and while the bathroom could use a modern update, everything was serviceable for our stay. We booked this place knowing the real action is across the street at Disneyland and for that purpose, it delivered exactly what we needed. The pull-out couch wasn’t the most comfortable, so we used a slumber pod for our one-year-old, and it worked out great. For reference, our group was my mom, my wife, our baby, and me, and we fit comfortably in the mini suite. Breakfast is served in another building on the second floor and it’s spacious, clean, and well-run. The housekeeping staff deserves a raise, they work incredibly hard and it shows. The breakfast team is just as fantastic, and the front desk was friendly and accommodating even with the constant flow of guests. We’ll absolutely stay here again. This isn’t a “luxury hotel” experience and it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s a clean, reliable, well-run place to rest between Disney park days, and for that, it’s perfect. A bathroom refresh would make it even better, but the staff and convenience alone make this our go-to spot for future Disney trips.
