  Muy buena ubicación si vienes a Disneyland, muy cerca del parque y afuera hay una parada de camión recomiendo ART transporte de Anaheim, te lleva al parque.

  Great place to stay!!! Amazing staff, great value, very close to Disney Parks. We stayed here to visit Disney Parks. They were very accommodating; allowed us to park the first morning of our stay, allowed us to check in early, and gave us a discount to park on our last day at the park. The breakfast was great and their staff was very friendly. Coffee machine!!!! The front desk staff were very friendly and great communicators.

  Great stay at Best Western Anaheim Inn. Excellent location—just a short walk to Disneyland. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a big plus. Very convenient and great value. Would definitely stay again.

For guests planning busy days out, the location alone makes this property worth considering. The hotel itself is older, and that is noticeable in the overall layout and room size. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. While it may not have modern or upscale finishes, everything worked properly, and housekeeping did a good job keeping the space tidy throughout the visit. What truly stands out is the staff. From check-in to check-out, the employees were consistently friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with questions or requests. Their positive attitude made a noticeable difference and added to the overall experience. Pricing is another strong point. Given the prime location, the rates are very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. This makes it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers who want to stay close to key attractions without paying premium prices. Overall, it’s a practical, dependable hotel that delivers good value and a pleasant stay.

  The rooms are nothing like what is advertised on the website. Ours was dirty, poorly maintained, and located directly beneath the cafeteria. As a result, we were woken up around 5:00 a.m. every morning by staff preparing breakfast. This is not a criticism of the breakfast crew, who were simply doing their jobs—it is a criticism of whoever thought it was acceptable to place guest rooms with paper-thin walls and ceilings beneath such a high-traffic area. Soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. Normal conversation, phone alarms, and general movement from neighboring rooms were clearly audible, making uninterrupted sleep impossible. To make matters worse, our room’s air conditioning unit was broken, an issue we reported multiple times. Interestingly, the broken AC only became a “priority” after I became seriously ill during our stay. I was so unwell that I was confined to bed, yet maintenance repeatedly attempted to enter the room to repair the unit, waking me each time. I eventually called the front desk to explain that I was very sick and explicitly requested that maintenance not enter the room. I also explained that we were willing to unplug the unit and open the window instead, as I needed rest before flying home the next day and did not want to risk getting staff sick. What followed was completely unacceptable: I could hear the front desk staff I was speaki by with make a comment about how I was being irrational and then heard her and her coworker laughing in the background while I was on the phone. That moment alone speaks volumes about the level of professionalism and concern for guests’ well-being at this establishment. Between the misleading photos, lack of cleanliness, constant noise, poorly handled maintenance issues, and shockingly unprofessional front desk behavior, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. I think the only reason people stay here is because it has breakfast and is walking distance from Disney, but seriously there are better options everywhere. The walking distance and breakfast were NOT worth it at all! I reported the maintenance issue as required. Whether your staff is now unable to locate that report does not change the fact that it was submitted. I’m leaving this review to accurately reflect my experience and to inform others of what they can expect. The review will remain. The apology we received was passive-aggressive and did not adequately address the situation. When I contacted the receptionist to report that the maintenance worker was still attempting to enter despite being told not to, I was accused of being dishonest and informed that he had already been instructed not to enter. Only after she radioed him again did she acknowledge that he was still attempting to gain access. Even then, a sincere apology was not offered. This interaction was handled unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress while fighting an illness.
