  We stay here every year. It's a 2 minute walk to Disneyland. They have an awesome continental breakfast as well!!

  My husband and I stayed there for 1 week in September of 2025! This place is in need of a remodel! The beds are hard and it smells old. The biggest complaint though dont ever ever leave any valuables or medication there. I had my medication stolen after leaving for only 45 minutes. The staff and my husband and I was the only ones with the room card. There is other hotels around that you will find a better experience with....

  Overall this place is good. Location and free breakfast. Attentive staff. Unfortunately we ran into alot of appliance issues. The microwave almost gave out, our fridge wasn't working at first. Then we came back from a pouring down rainy day at the park, soaking wet and cold. Excited for a hot bath. Then nothing but ice water, come to find out pipe burst. The building doesn't seem able to accommodate the amount of people. Luckily my friend had a room at Howard Johnson. Nice hot bath that was nice and refreshing. They finally fix the pipe and the water has been lukewarm. I have been freezing cold, the heater has a bad smell like rat urine and AC smells like mold. They can't do anything for me they said because I prepaid. Definitely would not recommend if you are big on hot water and relaxing baths. Unfortunately this will be our last stay. I need to be able to take a hot bath. Especially with nothing to even try to offer to make it right, regardless of prepaid. Prepaid should be rewarded not disciplined.

  The location absolutely is hard to beat! The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently updated which is nice, versus some of the rundown properties near by. Many places to eat nearby, with a Walgreens and CVS close too. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again based on the location and other various amenities.

  4 things I liked: - close to Disney - pleasant and helpful staff - nice to be able to pick up stroller from lobby - breakfast was decent Things I didn’t like: - ANTS! I am not joking. We came back from being gone all afternoon and ants were all into our toiletry items that were on the bathroom counter. Even my mother in law next to us said she had some ants. My wife had an ant crawling on her shoulder after taking a shower. Who knows if ants ever crawled on my baby’s bottles during the night after being washed. Very disgusting. - we requested a crib because have a baby. I had to call 3 times to get a crib delivered. And also, they gave us a smaller room compared to my mother in law when all she needed was room for 2. We needed room for 5! Just think, if someone needs a crib then they probably need some extra space. - couldn’t ever get the tv to a channel that actually worked. My mother in law somehow got hers but she said it was challenging to figure it out. - this is on us, but I really didn’t like having a sink in the bathroom. It was in the main room where it can make a lot of noise while babies are sleeping. Good thing they were so exhausted from the day to hear. Only way we stay here again is if it is cheaper than other places and if we get a bigger room that has no ants. Very disgusted with that.
