  It's right across the street from Disneyland. The walk isn't terrible and I have leg issues. The staff kept my room cleaned when I was out. I will definitely look into coming back and recommend it to others.

  Excellent hotel and location for getting to the parks. The service and attention from Seema at the front desk and Juanito in the restaurant were particularly noteworthy; they were all very friendly. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious. Thank you, we will be back!

  Strengths of this hotel are the location, price, pool, and breakfast service staff. The major weaknesses that drive my two-star overall score are: 1) management that is confrontational; 2) a likely bug problem; 3) the room floors are very dirty. On our second night, my son noticed a small black bug on his bed. We killed it and it left a splotch of bright red blood. The next morning my son woke up with two bites. We investigated the room more closely, and identified lots of "white powder substance" (photos attached) behind the headboards, chairs, etc. We asked the management what the substance was, because we were concerned it was insecticides that our children were sleeping in close proximity. They moved us to a different room and called Orkin. The next day, they said Orkin reported "no bed bugs" and then claimed we applied the "white substance" ourselves. I am not sure whether this white powder is insecticide or not, but at the very least they placed us into a room with something odd that shouldn't be there. Based on other reviews reporting past issues with bugs, and our own experience, we were quite disappointed with this aspect of our trip. We are concerned enough we will be treating all of our clothing, etc. when we return home. The dirty carpets are a bit disgusting, but in some ways I guess that is more excusable given the lower price of the room for the proximity to Disneyland.

  When pulling back the covers to make bed in morning we found a spider in our bed. I reported to staff he said I’d receive a call from manager and they never called . Awful feeling to know my daughter slept w a spider all night with no concern from staff.

  What an experience! Had to share. Let me explain. I'm eating breakfast in the breakfast room. I get up to get a coffee, and I get a sudden sharp back pain. I make a face. From across the room, Juan, one of the workers there, notices my expression and rushes over to see if I'm OK. I was, but Juan still offered to find me a special seat and watched over me the rest of the time I was there. I was so amazed I found the hotel manager, Robert, and told him. He, too, was very kind. He assured me Juan is always a great guy and will be recognized. So- been here many times, will come many times more. Not just for the great location, rooms, pool, and gardens (with the amazing animal-shaped bushes!). For the caring people, like Juan.
