  The manager at this property was extremely unprofessional. I called with questions about my stay and an issue with my rewards balance not being updated correctly. During the conversation, he became agitated, raised his voice, and began yelling. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager and then hung up on me. I proceed to call back and he answered and immediately hung up. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and simply sought a resolution. Unfortunately, his behavior fell far short of basic professional standards. It’s clear that additional training in customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence is needed. There also appears to be a lack of proper training among the front desk staff, as I was given inconsistent or incorrect information. What initially started as a positive stay was ultimately overshadowed by this experience with management. As a result, I will not be returning.

  I guess the location, for most, would be great! But, pretty much all I heard, was wannabe race cars back and forth. Then, the walls aren't thick! But, not too loud. Service in the lobby was smooth too!

  Our first time here, we will try them again in the future. Certainly convenient for Disneyland, about a 15 or 20 minute walk depending on your pace. Carol at check-in is fabulous, and there is plenty of parking. What brought their rating down was people trying to enter our room in the middle of the night with keys that they received from the front desk, a huge security breach. The next night there was a fire alarm going off in the entire property from 3:30 to 4:30 in the morning. Other than that it would’ve been a perfect stay, hopefully next time will be better. Bonus: the pool and hot tub are impeccably clean, and the breakfast vouchers from Denny’s are very convenient.

  Very helpful and friendly staff all around...in person and on the phone. Tori really knows her stuff. Love Carol at the front desk, as well. Absolutely the cleanest and freshest room. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Great coffee in the lobby. Well stocked snacks and sundries. Great grab and go breakfast option. Close to Disneyland and Denny's is right next door. Didn't get a chance to try the pool and spa, but it looked nice. Also, nice and quiet. Would've definitely recommend this place.
