  Room was clean and nice. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is small but nice and well stocked. This hotel is located on north side of Disney and is about a 15-20 min walk to the front entrance. Did not realize how close the nightly fireworks were going to be. It was a very loud surprise the first night.

  Windows are terrible. We thought our window was open all night but it wasn’t. Extremely loud. Hot tub was broken. Apparently it was broken for a few weeks prior as well. No communication on this prior to or upon arrival until I went down to use it and it was cold. Room amenities were not checked prior to our arrival. I got into the shower and there was no body wash. Staff were nice. Location was good for Disneyland. Way overpriced for the quality of room.

  Muy buena la atención del personal, buenas camas, sábanas y toallas limpias, muy cerca de los parques Disney más sin embargo son complicadas las vías para irte caminando y tuvimos que solicitar Uber de 10-70 dlls por viaje dependiendo de la hora, y por último muy ruidoso se escuchan motocicletas, ambulancias, carros etc. desde tu habitación.

  Friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff!!! Breakfast of great and the coffee was fresh!!! This will be my “go to” hotel anytime we travel to Anaheim!!! Clean property and the staff was very attentive to any requests!!!
