  We stayed here for approximately a week for a Family Event. We had multiple rooms amongst the Family. Overall experience was average for Rooms, Breakfast, etc... However 3 of the front desk staff, were all extremely helpful, great customer service.

  We decided to stay here because hotel prices in Napa Valley were higher. We arrived at 11:30 AM, even though we knew check-in was at 3 PM. We asked if we could do an early check-in, and to our surprise, there was a room available. It was a blessing to be able to use the room before 3 PM since we had driven for 8 hours. The guy who assisted us at the reception was very friendly throughout. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and it was very clean. The breakfast had many options like omelets, pancakes, turkey sausage, vegetables, and more. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great price for the hotel, the only thing I didn’t really find worth it was that for an additional charge (around $10 or so) they give u a mini fridge and microwave. In other Holiday Inn Express Hotels I’ve stayed at, that’s included. I wasn’t sure what that fee was the first night so I payed it but the second day I rented same hotel I did not pay it and i got an exact same room with micro and fridge included so didn’t see the point of paying extra. The room was a single bed and in the first room the lamp didn’t work and a handle was broken. In the second room the closet light was missing a lightbulb because we clicked the light on top of the closet but didn’t light up even though the switch showed light. Neither restroom had extra tp 🧻 and the ones there were not new. I also put a 4 star bc one of the bathroom doors was broken and hadn’t been fixed but overall service was great, rooms were ok for the good price and breakfast was ok. Seating area for breakfast is too little, fortunately both days we got rooms in the first floor so we decided to take our breakfast to the room. I also gave it a 4 star for service because we went to get breakfast both weekdays (Monday/Tuesday) around 8:30am and both days there wasn’t enough food during breakfast hr. It didn’t seem like they were adding more so one day we just had a couple sausages and pancakes and the other day an omelet and potatoes bc we waited for the person in the kitchen to add more but they didn’t add more 😢 I would still recommend this place for the price, we chose it bc it was an ok location for us to sightsee the Okd faithful geyser and a redwoods forest place about an hr away and the next day drove down to pass by napa and the east side entrance of Pinnacles National park. There was enough parking spots even for handicap but it has poor lighting and very dark so I didn’t feel too comfortable leaving my stuff in the car overnight so we brought everything inside but our car was fine the next day.
