Welcome to Homewood Suites by Hilton Aliso Viejo - Laguna Beach. Located just 10 minutes from the beach and convenient for all Southern California entertainment and culture, our hotel is the only one in the area to provide suites, complimentary breakfast and complimentary Wednesday evening social*. We are adjacent to 30 miles of picturesque biking and hiking trails, while a fantastic selection of shopping outlets, movie theatres and restaurants are within walking distance.
Our inviting and vibrant all-suites hotel provides all the comforts of home, including on-premises laundry, complimentary grocery shopping, and 24-hour convenience store. Work out in the fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art Precor equipment and swim lengths of the outdoor heated saltwater pool.
Guests can sit out and enjoy the glorious Californian sunshine in the outside seating area, complete with bar and fire pit. Our 648 sq. ft. meeting room is ideal for small meetings, seating up to 40 guests and featuring audio visual equipment and a counter for catering.
Take in some culture at Laguna Art Museum, or stroll through the many city parks including Aliso Beach Park and Aliso & Wood Canyons Park. Annual local events include the Newport Beach Film Festival and Laguna Beach Music Festival.

But this time around the front desk staff were unbelievably passive-aggressive and condescending. They were dismissive, unfriendly, and act like helping guests is a burden. It’s really disappointing because everything else about this place is great, but the attitude at the front desk ruined the whole experience. No one should be treated this way when they’re paying to stay somewhere — management, do better.

The hotel is a bit out of the way of main "attractions" Make sure to order a Uber ahead of time if you wanted to head somewhere. The rooms are nice and big - has a kitchenette and a 'living room' almost like you are at home!

Immediately upon entering this hotel I was greeted by a warm fire in the lobby and a helpful smiling face of the front desk clerk (who im sorry to say I forgot her name) We booked 2 rooms and both of them were spotless and clean, the bathrooms were impeccable with great water pressure and super hot water. The full size fridge freezer was a plus along with pots and pans to make a quick small meal. The bed was ultra comfortable for us and we had plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closet. I like we could stream Netflix on the TV and even the internet was fast all over the property, also the AC was a central air type not the window AC's that are noisy, our AC blasted cold air all night and was super quiet. Another nice touch was a ceiling fan, something you do not see so much in hotels now a days. The breakfast was OK not as good as other Hilton hotels I have stayed in and the choice was pretty limited and there was no waffle machine, which my partner was unhappy about. The parking was quite cheap for a California hotel and you had to pay via an app rather than get it charged to your room. As a side note the parking lot seems to have a lot less parking spots and sometimes if you come back late you might not have a place to park. Overall a great 4 day trip, we had room 411 and 418 and both were fantastic.
