Our stay at Homewood Suites was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our family’s needs. Traveling with children — including a one-year-old — can be challenging, but the team made everything feel easy and comfortable for us.
Housekeeping was superb and consistently ensured our suite was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that the hotel provided a playpen for my toddler, which made a huge difference in helping our baby sleep safely and comfortably.
My children and I also really enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, spa, and outdoor fire pit — they gave us special moments to relax and unwind together. The daily breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety and quality that made our mornings easy and enjoyable.
Overall, our experience was excellent, and we are truly grateful for the care and hospitality shown to our family during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this Homewood Suites location to other families looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.
Terrible service and management culture at this Homewood Suites. One of us had an early morning back surgery scheduled and they decided to clean the carpet in the hallway next to our room till 10 pm so we could not get the rest needed. Management simply refused to clean the carpet the next day instead. Regarding housekeeping it was terrible. We stayed a full week and they only allowed it once. When we returned to our room the kitchen had not been touched, and the rug not even vacuumed where it needed it. Bedding was worse than a motel 6, thin bed topper and rough sheets. The food was as poor quality as it could be...hard, dry, over scrambled eggs daily, and any cooked meats were thin and overcooked. Would not recommend anyone stay here. When hotels are in this bad of shape, and management is unresponsive, it does not make for a positive experience.
They have no shower Gel or shower wash. Housekeeping don’t check on your room’s necessities when room is cleaned before checkin, they did not even do a good job cleaning the room 😔. Shampoo, conditioner and shower wash were completely empty. When asked to provide some, no one was willing to come and stock it and we had to go to the front desk to get some. When we made it all the way to the lobby. Jeremy said they have been out of shower gel/wash and he didn’t seem to think this is a problem. No one seemed to care to stock a hotel room with what it needs for a guest to take a shower. A hotel means a bed and a shower. If you would ever think about staying at this half hotel, make sure you bring your own shower supplies, because not only they don’t have it but they won’t even care to deliver it to your room if it ever becomes available. This is a Hilton, not Motel 6, y’all 😳

Stayed here for 1 week and it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed at. The noise was consistently every night from 9pm-3 and 4 in the morning. Sounded like people were just stomping around all night, loud tv’s until 3 am and staff just explains it away as thin wall. The night staff are complacent and rude. We are checking out and staying somewhere else for the remainder of the work trip. I wish I could give this place a 0 star.

Room was not properly cleaned, I took pics and shared with the front desk, handful of dog hair, unclean refrigerator and dishwasher surfaces. Interior bathroom door was unclean, up close you could see smudges and sprinkled dots ewww!
Also the primary comforter on the bed was paper thin lol, usually they’re thick and fluffy, this wasn’t the case at all. My wife noted the sheets/blanket didn’t have any fresh linen smell to them at all!
After the condition of the rest of the room we questioned if comforter and sheets were cleaned at all!
I mentioned this to the front desk, and asked if I could get my parking compensated, “ a $16 value” she passively aggressively said no very quickly! Up until I mentioned I was going to be leaving a review with photos. She then asked for the photos, which I sent. The phone rang back immediately she gave us half of the room!! $110+ value!
She should’ve went with the $16 right?! Hilarious!
My stay was a Saturday, no bartender, front desk stays says sorry we only somebody Monday-Thursday. No fun!
The elevator looked and sounded old and made me uncomfortable.
Breakfast was decent with plenty options. Nice seating area for dining.
