- YXYipeng Xiao3 days ago1.0Found at least four large ants crawling in the bed, probably more behind / on the headboard. My partner immediately had allergic reaction the minute we step into the room, which means the hotel room is full of dust and mites. Big mold spot in the bathtub. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in coz hotel staff provided zero solution or support. Had to find another stay around midnight. Avoid at all costs.
- CJColin Jansen4 days ago5.0best western have been my favourite hotels for years. i will always seek them out when i travel and the three hills hotel is no exception. the staff are amazing, the rooms and great and the value is fantastic. no pool, no problem, they have vouchers for the local aquatic center. thank you for being a consistently excellent hotel. :)
- AHAndy Hoe6 days ago5.0Did the Badlands Gran Fondo & booked a room here as it was too late to get a room in Drumheller. Pleasantly surprised - large, clean, well appointed room with breakfast included. ~Next year I’m going to stay here - get twice the room for 1/3 of the price!
- FHFoster HudsonJun 17, 20265.0We stayed here for a work trip and it was great. High quality rooms, and the breakfast excellent. We visit a lot of hotels for work, and this breakfast went way beyond expectations for such a small town. The mini waffles were a real standout.
- JBJane BellJun 6, 20262.0For a diamond best western I expected better. The lobby had a strange smell and our room also. We had to get a air freshener to remove the foul smell. It is quite clear maintenance is not top priority as the portable mirror is not attached properly and instead of replacing non functioning cameras, they are left up and plug in ones added. The phones in the rooms don't work either. Very disappointed there is no pool. The free breakfast on the other hand was great and the cleanliness of the food area was top notch.
