  If you can get a Lakeview room, we stay here every time we’re in Sylvan Lake. In my opinion, it is hands-down one of the best stays. It’s right next to the water, easy walking distance to a lot of food places and very nice if you wanna walk down by the lake.

  We traveled from B.C. to visit family and stayed here recently ,we were treated so well ,we want to thank the fantastic staff All of the staff were amazing we would like to mention the care and attention that was given Ashley and Anna at your front desk ,taking care of the issues that arose immediately ,Marilyn for keeping us well fed everyday for the 8 days we stayed ,and Sandra and the rest of the chamber maid staff who kept our room stocked and clean ,we look forward to our next visit ,sincerely Judy and Ian

  Stayed here with a group for volleyball, the experience was great. Great location in sylvan. Clean rooms and pool area. The speciality coffee at the coffee shop was great. The hotel staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

  I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Chateau Inn Sylvan Lake, and it was a really solid experience overall. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights—being so close to the waterfront in Sylvan Lake makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops without needing to drive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were especially cozy, and everything felt modern enough without being over-the-top. Housekeeping did a good job keeping things tidy during the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions throughout the stay easy and stress-free. It felt like they actually cared about guests having a good time rather than just going through the motions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus—plenty of options like eggs, waffles, fruit, and coffee. It wasn’t fancy, but definitely better than average for a hotel breakfast. Amenities like the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, especially after a long day out by the lake. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sylvan Lake. It’s a great mix of location, comfort, and value, and I’d stay here again.
