  This has to be the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Shortly after checking into my room, I saw a mouse running across the floor. I immediately called housekeeping, but it took them 45 minutes to arrive. When they finally came, they barely looked around and claimed they didn’t see a mouse, even though I repeatedly told them it was hiding under the bed. They refused to do anything about it or take my concerns seriously. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to leave and requested a refund. The manager told me they couldn’t refund my money, despite the unacceptable condition of the room. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve the issue made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

  Well sadly I’m compelled to be honest. We chose this location based on being told of a superior breakfast. We made it perfectly clear to the hotel how dissatisfied we were with Days Inn breakfast and were assured Best Western served a premium breakfast. This was not the case whatsoever. More Frankenfood, more Walmart breakfast level food. Very dissatisfying and more of the same, how little can we serve guests and call it breakfast. Not surprised given the filthy hot tub ring around the hot tub. It’s hard to believe these standards are what one would expect in a hotel. Rooms were clean but not at all an experience one would recommend or stay at again. Truly a pathetic level of effort care or concern for a guest who pays what we did, especially given what we were told by the hotel prior to booking. We expressed what we were looking for breakfast wise, and it did not in any way reflect what we were assured of. As well our air conditioning was turned off over night with no way of turning it back on, we have never experienced such nonsense. We would never stay there again nor recommend it. We work all over Alberta, and this hotel is well below our standards. Sadly we don’t wish to review in a negative manner but it is what it is. Major improvement required to meet a standard that would bring us back. If you don’t wish to serve real food just be honest, it’s not rocket science to give guests real food.

  we slept at this best western for 1 night theres is a pool but it a bit cold good location friendly staff no elevator which suck a bit because if you got a large suitcase it a pain in the ass good size room bed confortable a bit old but does the job

  Average hotel, hot tub and pool were not very good. Bed were comfy tho.

  Okay, starting off. They don't clean your rooms?? And the hot tub is really smelly and smelled like pee.. Also after I got out the pool me and the others were very itchy! The hot tub made my aunt eye swollen dude.. CLEAN UR POOL. (Esp the bathrooms???)
