It happens, went to the desk to ask for a new blanket. 3 days later we still did not receive a duvet with a cover. Asked multiple times were either handed a duvet with no cover, which is disgusting as hotels commonly only wash the covers. Ultimately we're given some weird brown blanket that stank. 4 times we went to the front desk. Somehow they weren't capable to provide a duvet with a cover. Spending 180-230 a night and somehow this hotel could not do the simplist ask. Staff didn't care, only person who seemed concerned was the poor kid they had working nights who was obviously in over his head. He tried his best and deserves a shout out. Management obviously failing him. We left 2 nights early ate the cost. The knowledge of sleeping in clean sheets was well worth it. I've never complained about a hotel until now. House keeping attended our room 3 nights in a row just continued to place the stinky blanket back on the bed no matter how many times we threw it off and asked the front desk for a duvet. Left some random package of bedding that they gave us because for some reason they couldn't provide a duvet without blood on it..... Spent 1k on this hotel never again.

The hotel's system applied the tracking code but failed to deduct the group discount. At checkout, staff refused to fix it, promising a manager call. The manager called and falsely claimed I missed the deadline. After I emailed timestamped proof of my June 26th booking, they changed their story, claiming the room type offered to me by their link wasn't included—something nowhere stated on the group booking flyer. Left to handle via corporate case #10601619643 and a formal bank chargeback. Shady billing practices and shifting excuses to keep an overcharge. Avoid booking event blocks here.
