  Room was clean and comfortable and it was nice to have breakfast included. The hot tub we were looking forward to wasn't working and some of the common areas could have been cleaner, but overall it was fine.

  I have booked groups through work and hockey, bookings for rooms for multiple teams and business associates to stay at this facility. IN my last experience, the group reservation system and service is uncooperative and voids any flexibility when it comes to group bookings. I would never book a group reservation there again.

  Very clean updated rooms. I really appreciated the gratis room upgrade thanks to being a Platinum IHG member. The Suite was great!

  Came to this location, and after I checked out they charged my card an extra $70 for dishes that were not washed. I called the manager and spoke with her upset about the situation, so she proceeded to call the supervisor at my company for some reason and made up a lie saying I cursed her out. I’m a professional and I have never used profanity at the public or customers when I speak to people. The reason why she made up that lie was because I called Holiday Inns Headquarters in Atlanta and filed a complaint about this location for charging people that’s not apart of Holiday Inns policy and the good people in Atlanta even confirmed this to me as well. How do you clean up everyone’s dishes during and after breakfast hours but dont clean the dishes in people’s rooms? I am an IHG Elite member and have never been to a hotel, especially a Holiday Inn, that charged people for not washing their dishes in their room. We might as well clean the entire rooms ourselves with that logic. I have zero respect for management at this location especially after you lied about our conversation.

  The place its self was not bad at all the rooms were clean and quiet the only problem was the wifi in 3rd floor. I could not do any of my work I was meant to finish while there. When I called front desk to ask why their wifi was so crappy they had said they would look into it but they never came through. I lost two very important days all because the staff there didn’t see it important at all to address my concerns. I definitely won’t ever stay at this location ever again and if you are on a business trip that needs internet connection I suggest you don’t ever consider this place.
