My sister was in the hospital at the royal Alexandria hospital. It was extremely clean and I am very picky. They texted me beforehand to see if I needed anything. They gave me all the toiletries that I needed.The breakfast was amazing.The staff were super friendly. Thess at the front desk, ask for her anytime of the week, She said to call or text anytime if if i need anything for the next time I stay. She can answer any questions concerns.They can have things in your room and ready to go. I would highly recommend staying here.I would bring my four kids here.I stayed here alone as a single woman coming in at one in the morning, and I felt totally safe.

These two things do nothing for me. I get you are sorry but I forked out 150+. I should at the very least have hot water or something that makes sense for compensation be offered. Apologies don’t help and points don’t help. How about a discount for next visit ? Probably not somewhere I would stay again. 4 points took care of me much better but I was too late booking that place unfortunately. Response to owner/establishment: Are you kidding ? You want me to post my personal information in a google review? At the very least, provide or create and email reply system that nearly every other business has. This is very amateur for a hotel like Best Western. Reduced to one star for this expectation.
