- GRglen ronquillo2 days ago5.0Staying at Staybridge was such a great experience! The room was clean and felt brand new. I also want to commend Abby from the Breakfast club for her great service. She greeted me with a smile and asked how my morning was. She always made sure the food was refilled, the tables were clean, and everyone was well taken care of. Even when it got busy, she stayed friendly and attentive. Itās nice to see someone who gives the same great service no matter how busy it gets. Great job, Abby, and keep it up! You made my stay even better.

A special shout-out to Abby, who was so friendly and welcoming in the breakfast area. She made us feel right at home and started our day off on a positive note. Great service and a pleasant stay overall. Would definitely stay here again!

- AMaiza maranan2 days ago5.0A little appreciation post because excellent service deserves to be recognized. š¤ Breakfast was extra busy at Staybridge Suites, with so many guests coming in at once, but Abby handled everything with such dedication. From cooking and replenishing the food to making sure nothing was left empty, she kept going and made sure the guests were taken care of. One moment that really stood out was when a guest accidentally broke a plate. Instead of making the guest feel embarrassed, Abby immediately reassured them that it was okay and made sure they were alright before taking care of the cleanup. That kind of thoughtfulness says a lot about a person. ā¤ļø And kudos to Kristine, the Front Desk General Manager, for stepping in to help Abby. She didnāt just watch from the sidelines. She went to get more plates, helped in the kitchen, and did what she could to make things easier, even while managing her own responsibilities. She made sure Abby didnāt feel like she was handling the rush alone. Honestly, itās the little things that make a big difference. Seeing people do their jobs with genuine care, initiative, and teamwork is something worth appreciating. Abby and Kristine, you both deserve a shout-out! š What a team! This is what excellent service and teamwork look like. Sometimes, itās not just about doing your jobāitās about showing up for others when things get busy. And thatās something guests will remember.
