- GMGrant MacKenzie4 days ago5.0We recently stayed at Prairie Crest with our two granddaughters. We stayed in one of their family rooms and the girls loved having their own little bunk room with a TV, and the pool and water slide were a highlight. Having a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room was very convenient, and we all enjoyed the breakfast which included eggs, bacon and hash browns. Our room was very clean and quiet.Thank you to Eden and the other staff at the hotel for a fun filled stay.
- RLRachelle LaFantaisie5 days ago1.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The room had bedbugs. Thankfully we noticed before we fully got in. Management didn’t seem concerned about it, guessing she already knew. Luckily we got fully reimbursed and hadn’t unpacked anything yet.

Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were rude, there were no bowls available so I couldn't even have cereal, and the food that was available was poor quality. To top it all off, the hot tub was closed with no notice. We paid expecting to enjoy the amenities that were advertised, but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I won't be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel until major improvements are made to both the property and the customer service.
