- KMKatie Mulherntoday5.0It was only a one night stopover but the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast in the morning was well catered for, we love the waffle machine and special appreciation to Maiti and Abby who were so friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a busy day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool. The kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun spending time there. For the value, the hotel was not overly pricey, making it a great option for families. The breakfast was awesome, with a good variety of choices and a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Marlon and Rowena for helping make the breakfast experience excellent every morning. Everything was well-organized, clean, and maintained to a high standard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Red Deer to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with excellent service and great amenities.

I was cold in my room they sent maintenance to remove the air conditioner. We had an extra person join us they sent somebody to remake a bed for us. We forgot to pack a condiments for the kids sporting event and they gave us enough for all the kids at the sporting event and would not let us pay. And everyone is just so nice. Anybody you meet in the hallway says hello. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but our friends that were here also said it was super clean. The women working at the front desk where my absolute favorite. One of their names was Geralyn but I didn't catch the other lady's name but they were just so nice and so helpful and they always checked in when we walked past the front desk even if we weren't there to talk to them. They just like reached out and asked how we were. You should definitely stay here.

Check-in with Hazel was especially welcoming and I felt valued as an IHG One Rewards member. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were great and breakfast was good. I was also thankful for the pool. Highly recommend!

However, if I had kids, it might be a good idea so they could be watched. Location was close to the event I was attending plus to a variety of food & drink options. Breakfast was good. Hot & cold options.
