The common areas were always immaculately clean thanks to constant cleaning by the staff. The room was also immaculate without even so much as a fingerprint anywhere thanks to Lisa, the most lovely woman I’ve met in Red Deer. Fast food restaurants are walking distance. The hotel is right by the highway but there was no noise inside my room. Very modern rooms as well, truly impeccable.

What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Josette, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Red Deer. Thanks again to Josette and the entire team for such a memorable stay!
