  5 star. Great over night stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Administrative assistant Husefa and all staff provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel

  Our room is clean, the staff was great but the hotel is very outdated. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly. The tub is super old and the tile in the bathroom isn’t all the way over to the tub edge. We are Best Western account customers, this one is by far the most outdated we have ever stayed at. The TV is so small that I can’t really watch it from the bed. Ugh

  Toilet was not secured, black mold in bath (no its not my job to tell the proprietor how to keep their hotel rooms clean). Shower curtian was installed wonky, TV (for a king room) was so freaking small. Not horrible, but could be much better.

  This place should have no stars. Cleaning standards? Non existent. My dad helped me with the reservation as he’s a best western rewards member, so a couple days before the booking date, he’d let me know that he called to confirm it was under my name and that is was a pet friendly room. Perfect. I arrive and the guy has no idea what I’m talking about when it comes to the confirmation that had been made. Wanted to call my dad, I said why? He’s not here, I am and so are my dogs. After a bit of back n forth, he called a coworker who may have spoken with him. Yup, confirmed. Just not put into the reservation. The room was dirty, 3 spider webs in the corner of the room. One on the floor, one on the ledge about chest height and one on the roof. Not to mention the spider living in there. Bathroom? Dirty. Tile breaking and curtain rod falling down so when I showered, I had the unfortunate pleasure of spending most of that time jimmy rigging the curtain to stay closed. The amount of dust, gross. I couldn’t get the tv working (chromecast) and I was gonna watch a movie before bed so I pulled the nightstand forward to put my laptop on it to find crumbs under it. Left it there so housekeeping would see and clean it. Went out, housekeeping went in and when I got back, nightstand in the spot I left it with crumbs untouched (no vacuuming whatsoever, it looked the exact same as when I left) 1/2 beds wasn’t even touched, the bed I slept on was made but linens weren’t changed. I don’t even clean daily at home and my home does not look this dirty with 2 dogs living there full time. Housekeeping didn’t do a damn thing except make the bed. Didn’t vacuum, dust or anything. Just pulled the blanket up and folded the top half. Talk about lazy and incompetent. I left after 2 nights for a week long stay because there is not a chance I’m paying almost as much as I pay in monthly rent for a week at this disgusting third world hotel. It was worse than some of the cheap motels I’ve slept in (mind you I’ve slept in some crappy motels with no complaints because I paid crappy motel prices.) You get what you pay for in most cases, but not here. Not worth anyone’s money. I would love to post the photos I took, I just can’t figure out how to. if I figure that out, they will be posted.
