  This place is not worth staying at. Said the hottub was working online. It is broken, pillows where well used, lumpy and uncomfortable. Stuff wasnt plugged in on the night stands and the shower head was all plugged and sprayed all over the bathroom when used. Will not stay again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at the SureStay in Pincher Creek! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night's stay. The hotel's location offers easy access to the highway, making it a perfect stop for anyone exploring southern Alberta or passing through. We would definitely stay here again!

  Don’t stay here especially if you have a pet… we checked in and were met with yelling and utter disrespect and disgusted because we had a dog(even though its pet friendly) did not feel safe in this place as a woman also. The room smelt like pee really bad. Asked for new room but the smell in there was worse(someone cooked in room with heavy spices). We left and went to another hotel.now have problems getting a charge back that shouldn’t have been done in the first place. RUN!

  Not cleaned properly, dusty, no non-slippery carpet in bath tube, no breakfast (only pretending), non helpful staff. Best Western online booking with gift cards did not work causing double charge. Stressful experience fixing that. No idea what type of visitors they expect, but it highly non recommended for any travelers. Avoid this property!
