- BMB MacMay 12, 20265.0I stay here all the time whether its headed to work or home. This hotel is exceptional. From all of the hotel staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The front desk staff consistently greet their customers with a smile and friendly demeanor. The location is prime as its a very short shuttle ride to any of the terminals.

A beautiful hotel located right beside a train track that travels through several times per night blowing the horn & shaking the building. Only stayed there for a conference and then the hotel wouldn't honour the conference block room rate after specifically asking about it on the phone when I booked. So not only did I get an awful sleep, I got overcharged for it.
- DLD&G LApr 22, 20263.0Stayed March 19-23 for crime watch AGM which I was a co organizer. Stayed in room 221. Complained a few times of noice next room over. It was the staff room with a laundry shoot that was insanely noisy. You know about this issue, I have no doubt. Desk staff had no real response or discount offered. The staff who helped with the AGM were amazing. Bar staff were great. If we decide to hold it there next year, we will have to chat with management about better rooms.

The staff are absolutely incredible. They’re always friendly, helpful, and consistently go above and beyond to make every stay a great one. It genuinely feels like they care. The rooms and the entire hotel are always clean and well kept, which is something I really appreciate with how often I travel. The restaurant is also one of the best I’ve experienced at a Holiday Inn. Great food and a great atmosphere. One of the things that really stands out is that they always make the effort to get us our favorite room. It’s those little details that keep me coming back. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks again to the whole team!
