  Stayed here for 3 days for work in a king bed suite and had a great experience. The suite was very spacious, modern, comfortable, and quiet Exactly what I needed after long work days. Loved the kitchenette setup and the PS5 was a nice bonus touch. The hotel was super clean. They appear to have no pet fees, which is amazing and hard to find these days. Breakfast was decent overall, though it could maybe use a bit more variety, but definitely not a dealbreaker. The location is also super convenient with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Medicine Hat!

  BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS We slept through the night without any issues but we found a bedbug in the pillow in the morning. They took forever to even confirm that it was indeed a bedbug. We have escalated the request for reimbursements related to all the treatments we'll have to get our stuff through and we had a lot of stuff with us but we have only been offered a refund for the cost of the room as of now. I'll update the review when we have some resolution. This was a horrifying experience.

  This is my first time at this hotel. We were passing through and stayed one night. Everything was excellent- from check in to the spotless attractive room to the fresh tasty breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to a recommended restaurant and there was plenty of food choices near by. I highly recommend this hotel.

  We’ve stayed twice here for one night each, and it was great both times ! Comfy beds; staff were communicative and happy to oblige our request to set up our pack-and-play ahead of time (as we were arriving late with our sleeping baby both times); and everyone (kitchen staff, cleaners, and reception) was super friendly. The breakfast was also fantastic as they served hot food (eggs/mini omelettes, potatoes, bacon) along with the usual cold option. Will definitely stay again!

  Just needed a place to get a few hours of sleep on our drive home. Pulled in late at night and left early in the morning. The room was tiny but it was clean and had everything we needed. There was an odd triangular tub which we questioned but aside from the oddity had no impact on our stay. Breakfast was standard but everything you needed was there and ready to go before the opening time of 0600. I actually enjoyed it more than the buffet at the fancier hotel were staying at earlier in the week. Staff were quick and efficient.
