  I used to go here when working in the city and it was good. It's since changed owners and when we got there the fridge wasn't working as well as the bed skirt torn. We switched rooms as the front desk people who tried to fix the fridge couldn't fix it with the scissors the brought! Second room smelled musty and the TV was over from in front of the bed 10' without a swivel. I assume it used to be a double room. 3rd room everything worked but the ac was noisy and the shower wand was leaky and it was low. Granted it was an accessibility bathroom although I slipped in the shower but wasn't injured but it was not a safe surface. For the $140 a night I would spend the extra 30 or 40 for a different location which are abundant in that part of the city.

  No ice buckets in rooms had to use a plastic bag. Was told that since the take over fom Home Inn the New buckets haven't arrived. Not a big deal. What really irritates me and this is most hotels in general. Allowing smoking at the hotel entrance. My room was above the entrance and couldn't have the window open and who wants to walk through cigarette smoke gong in and out?

  Absolutely 5 stars!! This hotel knocks it out of the park! The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. There’s 24/7 coffee, tea and cookies! They provide a hot and cold full buffet breakfast that was excellent! The cinnamon rolls, muffins and danishes are freshly baked in house! Parking was ample and there’s food options within a 5 minute walk. The real gem is Kari at the front desk - super friendly and helpful…they definitely made the right choice having her provide the first impression. We will absolutely be repeat guests … highly recommend.

  I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. What impressed me most was the value for money—this hotel is very affordable compared to others I stayed at during my long trip, yet the quality was just as good, if not better. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.”

  Room with 2 queen beds was super small - it was really 2 queen-sized beds shoved against the walls/window of the room and we literally were walking over ourselves to get around in the room. The bed/mattress doesn't have great support (woke up with aches and pain). No bathroom ventilator, so it's super hot and steamy after a bath. Breakfast (included) was fair. Ironing board was weird to stand up/collapse. That said, they serve amazing chocolate chip cookies (free) - tasted really good (this from someone that doesn't care for anything chocolate chip 😀)
