ROOM 428 HAD A HEATER IN THE BATHROOM THAT USED A THERMOSTAT! Super excited over that as I have NEVER seen that in all my hotel stays. Also the HVAC could be set on HEATER OR COLD, not one of those combo units! Clean and comfortable and spacious room with big screen 📺. Breakfast was standard hotel offerings but the breakfast host was barely ever seen. When we arrived the hash browns tray was empty and wasn't refilled until we were ready to leave. There were dirty dishes on the table next to us which wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. I can understand this if there had been a lot of people eating but there were only 3 other tables with a few people at each. Items needed refilling. My MAIN complaint is the shower. The shower itself was great. The problem was that the shower curtain was too short to stop the water from spraying out so when I was done the whole floor was full of water including my pajamas which I had laid on the floor because I had other stuff everywhere else. I am mind boggled at how this could happen! How can a worker NOT know that shower curtain is too short. How can guests not have already reported this. Walmart is down the street. Go buy an appropriate sized curtain!!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was great. Good customer service. Just wish rooms had smart tv instead of just cable. Also room need a little bit better lighting. Overall good experience.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was exactly what we needed for a stop after a long trip. The rooms were clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. We also really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were travelling with our dog. It can be difficult to find hotels that accept pets, so this was a big plus for us. Thank you very much!
